I’ve had my account hacked with money stolen from me four times since I opened with them 3 years ago in Utah. Twice within a few months. There is no protection. No fraud service department. No call or text asking I was making purchases in two different states at once. And this last time they called me repeatedly and tried to blame it all on me! I was confronted with suspicion rather than care and concern. It was an awful experience. If you’re moving to Utah, or anywhere else with this credit union, choose a different one.
