The website is excellent and identified the exact upgrade I needed. The delivery was almost next day. I had a little difficulty inserting the "chip" but rang the firm and a guy answered and gave me help over the phone. Very personal service. Great service for Logic Board replacement
I sent my Macbook Air to MacUpgrades due to a faulty Logic Board. The team initially tried to repair the Logic Board, but as this wasn't possible, replaced the board for an additional fee. They kept in contact with me during this process, explaining the issue and my options to me. I received a very professional service and my Mac was returned to me within a week or so after I sent it. My Mac has been working perfectly since the repair was made, and I wouldn't hesitate to use MacUpgrades in the future.

I have had occasion to use the services…
I have had occasion to use the services of Macupgrades on 2 occasions. Both times the service has been second to non. Recently Apple carried out a repair. When the iMax was returned they had installed a new Logic Board but removed the OWC RAMS supplied by MacUprades over 2 years ago. They were either faulty or just incompatible with the new logic Board. I asked for advice from from both Apple and MacUpgrades. Apple have not yet responded, but Macupgrades responded immediately as offered to replace the RAM free of charge. This was before we even know if they are the issue. Truly excellent service!! Highly recommended!!!
