Really quick and brilliant service sent money over really fast highly recommended

Incredibly positive experience, very fast turnaround, brilliant quote compared to a lot of others. All done and completed, same day order was received and was a nice touch to receive a call thanking me for choosing Macy's Tech. Would highly recommend anyone considering recycling their wares to place Macy's Tech top of their list. Absolutely fantastic service.

This is now the second time I have used Macys Tech and once again, the experience was flawless. I sent in my device and within about three hours of it having been signed for, I had been paid. I was asked to send in a copy of my passport as it was a high value item and as soon as they realised I had used them before, I was thanked for returning. It is not often you find businesses nowadays who can truly be trusted but this is one of them and they are my go-to phone buyer moving forward.

Amazing company, honest, reliable, they answer the phone and keep you updated at every stage. I was paid out the day they received my phone, and even called to ensure I was happy with the service. I will use these guys again. I have sold a lot of devices, and this is hands down the best company I've sold to.

Can’t complain at all I’ve used many recycling companies in the past but can say this is by far the quickest one, sent my parcel off yesterday afternoon and it has been inspected and paid out already so I’d say the whole process took around 22 hours.

Incredible company. They offered a very good price for my iPhone 15 pro max. The day they received my device, I received payment within 30 minutes of accepting the reviewed offer which I was expecting to be honest as my phone did have a small scratch on the screen, they didn’t give me a low blow offer like most companies out there it was still a very fair price. Thank you, I would 100% recommend this company.
