Just purchased an iPhone through Macys Tech. I was a little apprehensive because in the past I'd always purchased directly from Apple. Migrating from my old iPhone to the new wasn't that smooth, but in the end I was extremely thankful that I chose Macys. Jack, of customer service, went above and beyond. I emailed them Saturday night, and he was right on it. He phoned me back and talked me through the various options within 5 mins of my email! I wouldn't have got that even from Apple! He even mailed me the next day to check everything had been resolved.

No issues at all. Only thing is the returns label only covers you for £150 insurance. So you if you have a higher value item and want it covered then it's going to cost you postage.
