Really pleased with the tank bag I bought from Mad4Bikes. The quality is excellent, it feels really well made and sturdy, and it fits the bike perfectly. It’s a great size too, with plenty of room for the essentials without being too bulky or getting in the way when riding.
I accidentally ordered two tank bag fittings as I hadn’t realised I’d clicked two when placing the order. I contacted Mad4Bikes and they sorted the return for the extra one with no questions asked and no hassle at all. Excellent customer service.
Delivery was quick, everything arrived well packaged and the whole experience from ordering to sorting the return was straightforward.
Really happy with both the product and the service. Great company to deal with and I’d definitely buy from Mad4Bikes again. Highly recommended!
