I ordered a medium and received a large which I cannot wear. It took a while to receive the order. Having to return this and wait another 6 weeks for refund or medium size is not a "5" experience. That is why I gave "1" star.

I would not recommend this company.
I purchased two bras from Madam Muse and contacted them on 23 April to request returns and refunds in accordance with their advertised policy.
What followed was almost four months of back-and-forth emails.
Despite repeatedly requesting return instructions and a return address, these were never provided. Instead, I was offered replacement items, store credit, and partial refunds. On multiple occasions I made it clear that I did not want replacements or store credit and simply wished to return the items for a refund.
One bra was ordered in the wrong size. The second was the correct size but, in my experience, was not supportive despite being advertised as such.
Throughout the process I received several responses that were presented as the company's "final resolution", despite the fact that my original request for return instructions had still not been addressed.
The matter eventually had to be escalated through Klarna. After reviewing the evidence and correspondence, Klarna upheld my complaint, concluded that the merchant's advertised refund policy and the lack of return instructions had not been properly considered, reopened the dispute, and refunded both orders in full.
In the end, I received full refunds only after a formal complaint and months of correspondence. At no point was I provided with the return instructions I had repeatedly requested.
Based on this experience, I would not purchase from Madam Muse again.

If you can't get a refund from them, escalate through your card provider!

Appalling after sales service. Impossible to return items. Replacement bras they send are rubbish. Avoid.

I really like the fit of both bras I bought! Just took a long time to receive!

This bra arrived (delayed, but still ok) and I will not be wearing it. I don’t like the look of it, I don’t like the feel of it – I’d simply don’t want it. It needs to go back.

To return, you are asked to contact Customer Services. I have now done this three times and they have yet to respond to a single email.

Just an unutterably awful way of running a business. Know what you’re getting yourself into if you shop here.

Refreshing to receive a product that exceeds the advert description

The product was exactly as described. The fit was nice. Love it

Perfect fit ..extremely comfortable and very good quality ..was surprised it did exactly what its supposed to ..lift support and smoothing...ordered one to see would it be any good. Will be ordering more in different colours ❤️❤️

Really comfortable bra and flattering shape

The bras are very comfortable and seem well made. However the very overt branding stamped in a contrast colour on the outside of the bra is ugly. Delivery was quite slow to the EU. The balconette bra will suit smaller girls but the plunge Vneck is cut very generously and better -in my view- for larger girls - other than the pads are not removable - these are bonded in. All said, under a tee-shirt this gives great shape. Overall very good value and with the points I have mentioned in mind, I recommend.

It is the best bra I have ever worn. I always had trouble with the straps staying up but with your bra it stays up, which is such a relief. They are very soft and so comfortable. I think I should have bought the next size up though.
