Absolutely shocking service - after waiting over 40 minutes to speak to someone over 5 times because of being promised a call back - still no one has transferred the domain to me even though it was paid for over 3 weeks ago. Avoid this company at all costs, their customer support is disgusting!
I was sent communications from other clients in error by the hopeless and incapable support team... It is evident from this that they are raising people's blood pressure. Try to cancel your contract and they to at you with all sorts of fees and obstacles. I moved my domain away from them a few weeks ago and viola - a cancellation fee to pay! Unnecessary and greedy. Poor customer support? The worst.
