I am extremely disappointed with the support experience.

I have been waiting for more than two hours just to get proper help with an issue, and even when support does reply, the answers are often very generic and do not actually address the problem I am explaining. It feels like the responses are copied and pasted rather than written specifically for my situation.

What makes it even worse is that there are times when they simply stop responding altogether. I have clearly explained the issue, provided the necessary information, and tried to cooperate in order to get the problem fixed, but I still end up waiting with no useful solution.

When someone pays for a service, especially a digital service that depends on technical support when something goes wrong, there should be a minimum level of communication and assistance. Customers should not have to spend hours waiting just to receive a vague answer that does not solve anything.

The most frustrating part is not only the waiting time, but the lack of proper follow-up. If a problem cannot be solved immediately, at the very least the customer should be kept informed and given clear steps on what is being done. Instead, the experience so far has been slow, unclear, and frustrating.

At the moment, I am unable to properly use the service I paid for, and the support has not provided an effective solution. Based on my experience, the customer support seriously needs to improve in terms of response time, communication, professionalism, and actually solving customer problems instead of sending generic replies.
