This is yet another review of this company . They have been in touch to offer me vouchers and discounts ! As if I would entertain the idea of actually taking g them up on their blatant attempts you to keep me from making more reviews.
According to their emails , their system is down so no refunds as being processed, but amazingly vouchers and discounts are still accessible.
This is a company with completely no regards for customer satisfaction and I urge anyone on the cusp of placing an order to seriously reconsider .
This company is an absolute nightmare and I wish I had never ever encountered them .
Do not be fooled by the picture of Jessica . Who is she and does she know her photo is used by this company ?

The dress took 14 days to come, was very poor quality fabric and my emails requesting a refund are replied with offers of 15 then 30% discount on next orders. Still no address to send back or refund. Don't buy from this website!!!

SCAM company.
I have emailed twice. It’s very misleading as the site is linked to Debenhams which gives it authenticity.
They do not reply to emails and I have lost hope of a refund.
If I had known it was a Chinese company I would NOT have ordered.
Find a job and STOP scamming hard working people

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I paid £50 for a dress from this website and what actually came was a sack of shit, completely the wrong colour and not as displayed on their pictures, the quality was awful it looked like a fancy dress costume. On the website it claims you can return items up to 30 days after purchase by emailing them for a returns label. I then had a 3 day battle with them emailing forward and back because they refused to give me a returns label and wanted to give me 15% off a new order instead. I would NEVER buy from this website again so I had to get my bank involved to get a refund….

Company ‘appears’ to be UK based but is in fact run from China. Bought a dress which took weeks to arrive. When it did it was not the garment photographed ie., there were no pockets and it was ALine not Boho style. The quality was appalling, cheaply made and nothing like the dress I contracted to buy. After many emails where I turned down % reductions on my next order (as if I’d buy from them again!) I managed to obtain a returns form. They want a copy of the tracked mail receipt IN the package with the form and dress, how does that work? I’d give zero stars if I could. A very stressful experience.

My garments have not arrived. Money was taken from my account and I received an email saying the goods were on their way. I then received a conflicting email saying that I had not completed my order. I have tried contacting the company and had no reply. There appears to be no way of requesting a refund.
The ad for the shop is misleading, I don't believe that it is in London as I can find nothing to back this up on line.

Don’t buy from here. The website talks about how it’s “UK based” and it’s “fast delivery” it’s a massive lie to get your money! I ordered a dress a week ago and I’m still waiting on any details on its whereabouts. I had my doubts about the website just from looking at the picture of a lady that appears to be pregnant Jessica getting ready for the arrival of her baby. So I came here on Trustpilot and saw all the great and wonderful reviews so I trusted it. I only have regrets.
