Items were missing in the shipment. Information was filled out incorrectly for shipment so delays were massive and the food was inadvertently spoiled. He does not reply to any emails. This is a scam business!

Customs returned the parcel, the declaration was filled out incorrectly. They do not respond to messages, this is fraud. My problem is not solved.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Made In Scandinavia. I placed a substantial order totaling almost $2,000, but upon arrival, I discovered that nine items were missing. Despite reaching out to customer service with all necessary documentation, including photos of the packaging before opening, I received no meaningful assistance. Instead, they insisted that they had double-checked before shipping, essentially shifting the blame onto me.

After my initial email informing them of the issue, I only received one response. Despite my persistent follow-up emails, hoping for a resolution or at least for them to file a claim with the shipping carrier, I never heard back from them. Ignoring customers is no way to run a business.

Losing out on $500 is unfortunate, but what’s more disheartening is the lack of professionalism and cooperation. We were prepared to be loyal customers and spend more in the long run, but this experience has driven us to take our business elsewhere. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

I recieved an order that belongs to another customer, who recieved mine.
The custoner service wrote me to send her the package I received, informing me that she is willing to send me my products. And this was the end of it, the sevice doesn't answer anymore.
I am not supposed to "run" after my products ...
Also, the products are not closed. And it is corona time.
This may come as a suggestion. But can not be impose the way the service did.
The money was taken. But my order did not arrive.
Will be surprised if my review appears.

I ordered some tea from them at the beginning of the lockdown in my country and got my package in good time.

I then ordered some more tea as a gift and wrote in “notes” that it was a present and asked them not to include the invoice. Not only did they do as I requested and not include the invoice, they also sent me a photo of the package once it was sent. They had wrapped it!! That package also arrived promptly.

Both packages arrived without a dent and in good condition despite being fragile and having been shipped internationally.

Fantastic customer service! Would definitely recommend this website and will definitely order from there again.
