From start to finish, my experience with Jordan was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to understand my space and really listened to what I was hoping to achieve with the curtains. He guided me through the different options, explaining the fabrics, colours, and styles that would complement my flat perfectly. His advice made the whole process so easy and enjoyable.
When the curtains arrived, I was blown away by the quality and craftsmanship. They look even better than I imagined! The installation was quick and seamless, and everything was handled so professionally. I’m genuinely thrilled with the result and couldn’t recommend Jordan and the team highly enough.

Really happy with our two sets of bay window curtains! Made Curtains took the stress out of measuring the bay angles, and the installation service was great. Small issue with the measurement, but Made Curtains corrected it very quickly, highly recommended!

Having experienced the pain of dealing with a huge curtain company previously (Hilarys) and being thoroughly disappointed with all aspects of their service - including the final product - I wanted to go to an independent company for my balcony window.

I spoke to Jordan at Made Curtains about what I was hoping to achieve - privacy whilst retaining light in the room - and he gave me lots of options, but also helped me work through my decision.

The fitters were prompt, very polite and professional - and explained how to get keep my curtain and track in best condition.

Everyone I dealt with was passionate about what they did, and focussed on me getting the outcome I wanted. I couldn't recommend them enough.

And finally - I absolutely love my curtain! I didn't realise how much it could transform a room. Its added a real softness that makes it feel even cosier - but also sophisticated.

From day one, Made Curtains provided a wonderful service. Because I was doing a refurbishment of the flat, I didn’t exactly new when I’d need the curtains installed. Jordan had to visit the flat a couple of times for measurements and to bring me a huge choice of possibilities for fabrics. They were all also available to answer my queries in a timely fashion and the installation ran really smoothly. The guys that came to install the curtains were great and very helpful. Would definitely recommend them to everyone looking into installing beautiful wave curtains.

Our experience with Made Curtains was really good. Jordan came over twice to help us choosing the best options for our needs. The whole process was easy and felt way more personal than other companies we approached. On the installation day the team was punctual, efficient and clean.

I had a fantastic experience with this curtain fitting company, thanks to Jordan. As someone ordering curtains for the first time, I truly appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was. He took the time to walk me through all the colours, textures, and fabric options. I mentioned that I’d been inspired by a room at The Berkeley, and Jordan immediately understood the aesthetic I was aiming for. The end result was flawless—the curtains are elegant, beautifully made, and have transformed the room, making it feel even bigger. He was also very responsive and arrived at my home within two hours of my initial call. Home visits are ideal because the team can recommend colours that complement the environment and suit the natural light, depending on whether the window faces sunrise or sunset.
N.B. The colour I chose was extremely popular and temporarily out of stock, so there was a short waiting period. However, the entire process—from consultation to fitting—was completed within four weeks, which I was very happy with.

I ordered 3 sets of large curtains from Made, having moved into a new home. 2 Wave, 1 Voile.

Communication from Jordan was terrific through the specification process and he was so helpful.

The Delivery/install guys were also great. Very pleasant guys and professional. They did an excellent installation job and left the flat completely clean and tidy.

The curtains are good quality and look lovely. Unfortunately, there was an issue with one - Just a smidge too short. This was actually picked up by the installers and they contacted HQ before I even knew about any issue. Made immediately offered to replace them (and left me with the existing set whilst the replacements were being made). Turnaround was quick and the new set of curtains are just perfect.

These things occasionally happen, and I have to say that Made provided me with absolutely outstanding Customer Service across the resolution of the problem, and couldn't have been more apologetic and helpful. Just Top Class. So, a definite 5 Stars from me for Product and Customer Service.

Jordan was extremely helpful when I was enquiring to get some custom curtains made.
He came to do a site visit and ran through any and all questions I had for him and was extremely reassuring and flexible with what I was looking for.

UPDATE:

I initially left a glowing review after having our curtains installed by Made Curtains, as the experience felt professional, thoughtful, and detail-oriented—particularly thanks to Jordan, who was truly helpful during the process.

However, I feel it’s important to update this review following the issues we’ve faced with the blinds that were installed at the same time. Just a week or two after installation, we noticed that one of the blinds wasn’t working properly due to an issue with the drawstring mechanism. We flagged this early on, but it took nearly three months for someone to come and address it.

When they finally did, the team wasn’t properly prepared. We were told the string would be replaced, yet they arrived without it and offered a temporary fix instead. They promised to send a new string, but weeks have passed and we’ve received no update. To make matters worse, the installer advised us to try fitting the pullers ourselves because the wait time for proper support would be too long.

While the curtains have held up well, this experience with the blinds has left us feeling let down. The quality is questionable, and the aftercare service has been extremely slow and unresponsive. It’s unfortunate, as the initial service seemed promising, but based on the blinds and the follow-up experience, I’ve revised my rating from five stars to two. I can no longer confidently recommend them.

Very positive experience with Made Curtains, from beginning to end. Jordan is excellent. We had only a rough idea of what we wanted. Jordan expertly guided us through options: fabrics, colours, tracks, fittings etc, making helpful suggestions. The result is that we now have curtains that are absolutely the right style and look.

Amazing experience from start to finish.

I had blinds in my bedroom which were not keeping the light out enough due to the window being very large and blinds not being the best option. I got in touch with Made Curtains as I heard they did electric curtains which was my preference. Alexis came round for a consultation and was so helpful with the options he gave me and understood exactly what I was looking for. The new curtains were fitted 3 weeks later and look absolutely amazing. They took my old blinds down for me and could not be more happy with the new curtains, they look exactly as I had hoped. I will definitely be using again in the future and could not recommend them enough. Thanks again
