I ordered the customised chess set and the quality of it is horrible, the figures are printed only on one site which makes it impossible to play. Also, there were a few elements missing, and the quality of the entire set was just not right for the price. If I would read the reviews before I ordered it, I will not made that mistake.

Exactly what we wanted
The gift arrived on time and was well received by the recipient, who said they love it! It was very easy to construct the personalised gift, the only thing I would improve would maybe be the options of backgrounds, maybe a broader range of colours or a way to mix a personalised colour.

Absolutely love this product
Absolutely love this product! My husband loved it too. Really well made. Only 4 stars due to the time it took to arrive, it ended up arriving a few days after fathers days which was a little inconvenient but the product itself is great.

I ordered a football upon ordering I checked to see if it would arrive inflated, having read it would arrive inflated I placed my order. Item arrived in a flat box deflated which meant having to purchase a pump before I could give this gift to my young Grandson. I would not have ordered if I'd known it would arrive flat.
