Returned the boots per their instructions - the shipment was refused and they were shipped back to me. Epic amount of time wasted and shipping was expensive. Am out nearly £200 between the cost of boots and shipping. If you’re in the UK I don’t recommend this company at all!
From start to finish this company is an absolute joke. Told a pack of lies the whole time.
Made an order on the 1st June was told would be dispatched no later than 12th June which was an awful long time to wait on items that are in stock but as it was France to uk I went ahead.
The 12th came and after previously messaging them I was assured they would be posted. Finally got a dispatched email on 13th but after following the tracking the delivery company said they were still awaiting the package.
Constant messages back and forth I finally had enough and requested a refund. No response so thankfully I had paid via PayPal and only for this they would have stole my money. Ended up sending me €10 less
