Very unhappy
I placed my order 10 days ago and have not been advised of a delivery date. I have also sent 2 emails asking foer more information but have not had the courtsey of a reply either.

Sorry about that. We have a system that automatically sends transport situation to customer but apparently it failed.
Great service
Great service, speaks perfect English as my Spanish is not so good, answered all my questions and responds instantly every time I messaged him. Also had some material left over which I could return. Highly recommend 👍.

Very bad after sales customer service
They proceed with the installantion on time, as many time happens, there were some minor defects to correct. I have been 1 year after them to try to solve it withour result. Firstly they schedule a day for the works, then they cancelled, and after a couple of similar interations they don't even answer any more. Very bad after sales customer service.
