Great service
Great service. From setting up a virtual office to registering with Company House, they talked me through the whole process of registering with CH over the phone. Contacted my preferred bank to open a business account (received a call from the bank this morning), access to an accountant and other business tools all included in the package
Companies made simple really was made simple.
Would highly recommend. Big thank you to all the ladies that dealt with me.

Let me share my own experience with this Company! Before i chose a service or a company i always search for impressions and reviews... Let's say this a proffesional thing because i am an Tech YouTuber creator 😉
When i first saw their website i was really impressed how it looks like and how easy it is to use! on the first page you can also see that they are telling you that they managed to open more then 500k company's but i don't believe anything till i check 😂 and after i searched for reviews i convinced myself that this grup are telling the truth!
MadeSimple in my opinion have the best SERVICES ON THE MARKET AT THIS MOMENT!!!
I've chosen the most expensive package and after one single day this guys send me the registration documents from the House of Companies by email and after few days i received by hard copy in my mail.
In the same day i also received few emails from other members from this group to activate the rest of the FREE stuff that's coming with the package, like free domain, virtual office and mail forwarding, meeting with a tax advisor for free, 3 days/month free work hub where you think in London 😂 one single day at a office there cost you at least 30£ and this guys gives you 3 day's/month for free for the whole year!
As am a foreign Citizen and i don't know exactly what are the procedures here but they send me an email with everything i need to start the business!
I highly recommend this guys!!!

I wish that I had seen the review from Rik below before I had used this company!!!
A few days ago I set up a company through "SetUpACompany" and it was a joy, the whole process was truly Made Simple, plus they were fast, efficent and cheaper than this bunch. Stupidly I thought that I would pay a little bit more for an N1 address for a second company, but having gone through their setup system I already detest this group, I have had to give details of my passport, driving licence etc and now they want an official stamp and verification of utility bills etc to complete my address verification??? I recently set up a Yorkshire Business Bank Account without a piece of paper having to be sent anywhere! Made Simple should rename themselves Made Difficult or Made Intimidating and Spammy, they made the whole business full of hassle, and the constant upselling tactics throughout the process is intimidating and spammy. They try and scare people into adding more and more to the service. I am going to ask for a refund and take my business to"SetUpACompany"!
I was wondering how come the previous company that I used could do this really hassle free, so I did a quick check on google for a random London Virtual Office address to see how they might do things and this is what they say about proof of iD
We are required to collect copies of all Identification. - scroll down for complete list.
UK based clients - Both the proof of ID and proof of residential address documents are verified electronically, (checks on your identity will leave a footprint on your credit history but will not affect your credit history in anyway.) If we are unable to verify your ID, we will require it to be certified and accompanied by the relevant official stamp and signature.
So I can only assume that it is far easier for Made Simple to get everyone to jump through hoops and provide "officially stamped and signed" proofs of ID rather than bothering to make the simple necessary steps themselves, therefore adding hassle to what should be an easy straightforward process for the majority of clients.
I will never go near them again for anything!!!
And by the way, this is the first review that I have ever left anywhere, ever because I feel that strongly about this company!
In answer to your reply, your statutory duty is to prove my identity which you know full well can be done electronically, this is just plain lazy or incompetent on your behalf, and I am sure if the Yorkshire Bank and your competitors can do this so can you. Only if you cannot verify a person electronically should you then be requesting
that a client should send in certified paperwork accompanied by the relevant official stamp and signature.

It's disappointing to hear that you didn't have the best experience using our service - that doesn't sound like the kind of service we pride ourselves on providing.
We do use an online verification software, which occasionally fails, and at that point, we do ask for certified documents. We have to do so in order to be compliant with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and 'Know Your Customer' (KYC) requirements. We periodically have HMRC visiting our offices and would get in trouble if we were not fulfilling our legal requirements. We're not here to make things harder, but we do have to request these documents.
We can't speak for what other companies are doing, but know these regulations are becoming increasingly tighter, therefore company formation agencies will need verified documents of some sort (which we've been told will eventually will all be at least certified).
Please send an email to complaints@madesimplegroup.com with your relevant account details so we can provide a more comprehensive answer into your queries.

Spammy Shysters
Shabby and shady. Wish I'd used someone else. Constant stream of emails asking for ID, which I sent straight away. Phone going off in the middle of the night with more spammy emails asking for the same stuff over and over.
If you're thinking about setting up a company, avoid this bunch of incompetent shysters.
Now in the process of trying to recover our money from them.
Just to follow up on my review after the reply. I get they need ID. This was supplied. They confirmed this. They went on to email me a further five times asking for it over and over including during the middle of the night. They didn't bother answering support tickets until Paypal got involved and I left this review.
Setting up a company is a serious business, these people are - I'm afraid - clowns. They are quick to pounce on reviews here to give the impression that they are reputable, but my experience says that's all a big charade.

Apologies again on the email reminders - we previously were asked by other customers to increase our communication as they felt that they weren't reminded enough. But we appreciate these can be annoying. As they are automated emails they are sent out by our email system, but we will pass your comments on to the relevant team to review the number of emails and the times they are sent.
The team that works on our reviews don't see the Customer Service emails, so we weren't aware of the details of the PayPal dispute, but we hope this is now getting resolved. If you should need any further information, please get in touch and we would be more than happy to help.
