While I like the product ordered (reusable bamboo dinnerware), one of my pasta bowls arrived shattered. I followed website and email instructions and submitted pictures and a request to address. Nearly two weeks have passed and I've yet to hear back which is disappointing.

The product I received was packaged very unprofessionally and squished into a box two sizes smaller than the item. When returning it I mentioned this about three times to customer service and they totally ignored it. I also was charged not just the shipping for the return but an additional random fee as well and when I asked about that they ghosted me. Won't be ordering from them ever again.

Multiple brands, including ours, have reached out for clarification, but no one has received any responses or payments. This has been a very frustrating and troubling situation, and it feels like the trust we placed in the company has been violated. BE AWARE!

Would give a 0 star if I could. They have sent me the wrong size belt twice! It takes me 30 minutes out of my work day to return a package. Do not recommend if you want the right item.

I have made several purchases through Made Trade, I like that all the products they offer are healthy and ethically produced. If it's in made trade it's a good product. Some times they take long to arrive but most of the times it is because they are made to order and/or from a different country. Also, the quality if every product I have gotten is so high that it is not that big of a deal in my opinion.

Pillows are great. Soft fabric. Beautiful colors. Excellent quality. Perfect. And I feel better about not purchasing something from a chain and am more hopeful my money is supporting the right people.
