I ordered an item in January & was told…

I ordered an item in January & was told originally there was a backlock due to personal reasons. I accepted this & left things for several months. I tried on several occasions to find out how the backlog was, always politely. I only received one reply in all this time telling me it should be with me soon. That was in May!
Again I tried to contact the owner with chat & email but to no avail. I then tried a refund from Paypal but was told the refund window had passed!
I was quite frustrated by now & found a FB page & made a post there which I admit wasnt the most pleasant but I was quite angry. I soon received a reply calling me some very unpleasant names & my refund. I found I had been blocked from the FB page!
While I do not wish bad fortune on anyone, I would advise anyone making an order to keep your eye on your refund window & ask paypal for a refund if nothing has turned up, otherwise I doubt you will ever see your order.
