Very, very long time to get orders. Over a week for one order and still not received completion. Tried talking on Instagram but get no responce. Tried emailing and using the messaging system on their website now. Hope to hear something soon but not holding my breath. Quite bad communication with this company. Be aware.

I buy something without knowing how it works and I ask how it works and get no answer.

It took a few days because the automated system was not ready, but now it is and it works very good. I also got a conpensation for the long waiting time. I recommend using discord as your contacting method, because on Instagram you will not get a reaction. But overall: good service and the products were as expected.

Very bad company buying cards for madfut embarrassing if you are going to buy stuff with money get mods.

I bought bot trades from them, and i dident recive anything On my Discord where i Asked them to contact me… I dm-ed them On Instagram, and wrote a email but dident got any answer back.

The company took a while to get back to me with my order as they were busy on those few days but in the end, I got my order and was exactly what I expected.

Works amazing. I would definitely recommend if your thinking about buying.

so, I have been waiting 2 hours it's just been "processing" the waiting is fine it's just I am trying to contact them on insta, but I can't because they have to follow me so I can message them, but other than that their company is legit, and I would recommend this is just my experience.

I wanted to update my review in response to your continued unhelpful and unapologetic response below ! I advised you by replying on the same day, that I don't use Instagram and that I wanted to use email. I confirmed our user name over a week later despite a number of emails I sent have had no response. You quote your email for contact details. So please respond and sort out the issue. Surely when a customer pays for cards the least you can do is assist to make sure they work!!!! Incredibly bad service

Appallingly bad customer assistance.
I bought card for my little son and there was no way to activate it. I contacted them and they give me a 3 word response. I mailed them again and gave them the user name. 5 emails later asking to assist. I'm not getting any replies at all. My little son is so upset which makes it worse!
