I could not return a package
I tried to return a package, that shouldn’t have been sent in the first place. It was supposed to be picked up on the same day it was bought, which they say is possible on their webpage. But they sent it anyway. That was back in March.
After PostNord tried to return the package 5 times, the package came to PostNord storage instead. I’ve now been in contact with PostNord to get the package back, as I don’t believe it will ever succeed to be returned to Mad Goat.

Good customer support after all
ROK Coffee maker broke after a month. After initial slow response on e-mail how to resolve the problem, madgoat stepped up and helped very fast.
