Poor quality (sweater was polyester crappy shirt). When I emailed about a return, they offer a free replacement of any item. Since I knew shipping costs would be high, I chose a different item but they then emailed me back and said sorry, they could no longer offer a free item and instead 20% discount. I generally check reviews first but was in a hurry. Do NOT buy from this company.

I went to return a sweater that was way to large (I ordered a M ) to have it be more fitted and it has no shape and the fabric is cheap. I paid $49 for the sweater so returning it and paying $70 it absolutely ridiculous nowhere on the website does it say that the products you are buying are cheap garbage from China. I am going to donate the sweater rather than toss it in the trash.

This is legitimately the worst online purchase I have ever made. Item arrived today after nearly 2 months. Red and black item showed is really blue and pink. Item is cheap. And returns have to be sent to China at my expense. Total scam.

Poor communications, misleading shipping information and quality! NOTHING like the picture on website.
I have NEVER received such crap from ANY online company before!! Do NOT purchase from Madison & Mae they bait and switch items on their website.👎🏻

This purchase was very disappointing. The website made the item look high-quality and gave the impression the company was U.S.-based. When the top arrived, it was cheap polyester and honestly very unattractive compared to the photos. When I tried to return it, I was told I’d have to ship it back to China at my own cost. I felt deceived and will never order from this company again.

Been waiting on Christmas gift. Not updating the shipping process, says waiting for details....no ship date, can't track, security blocks opening the site. It's a scam. Do not order. Unfortunately I fell for their website!
