Stuart has been nothing but helpful, anything that needed any attention he would do it straight away, without me having to chase him. He would also go above and beyond by contacting my solicitors, vendors solicitors and any third party, himself whenever anything was required, even for a general update. As a first time buyer, this has made the process a lot more smooth & stress free as any questions or anything I was unsure about, Stuart and Valentina were only a phone call away.

Unfortunately I thought it was a serious agency but I found myself very bad, throughout my contract the agents were constantly changing and did not let me know who I should turn to, really badly organised, on many occasions even rude, we took two flats for rent with them but we will not do it again, too bad because they have really nice houses but seriousness first of all

I have been communicating with Sherry Jones who is property manager for Oxygen. I was impressed by the proactiveness shown by her in resolving a maintenance issue where landlord was quite slow in approving the request. She presented alternatives and a route to resolution which to be honest was never done by any of the previous property manager. From all people I have interacted with at Oxygen, Sherry stands out for me.

Had an emergency for boiler reported and we waited all day for our area manager to contact us but no one came as I have a girl with asthma. The house is full of mould but no one has come to sort this out. Always feels like it's a war to resolve an issue with them

This must be one of the easiest experiences we have ever encountered when it comes to renting privately. We’ve been renting privately for over 10 years and since Madison Brook have been managing our property since July last year it’s been a stress free process. We are particularly impressed with our property manager Sherry. She is easy to contact and Proactive in everything she does and helpful in every aspect. From the very beginning of the long process of selling my house, Madison Brook have been so helpful and supportive. Through no fault of theirs or mine, various buyers have come and gone, there have been issues aplenty, but everyone in the team have kept plugging away finding solutions, sourcing new buyers every time someone let me down, but we finally got there thankfully. Adam and Stuart particularly were heavily involved in getting us there. Well done to them and thanks for the amazing work you've all done. Would not hesitate to recommend you.

Ms. Simson met my family and myself exactly on time, which we very much appreciated because the time was awkward for a tight dinner appointment that night.

As evening was the only viewing possibility, we went for it.

It completely changed our opinion of the company, which had nearly led us to reject this office and avoid further contact. (All owing to a fault in technological communication and my phone's inability to receive her various calls.)

During the tour, her approach changed everything.

The walk around the flat was a friendly excitement and an introduction to the property without deception or salesperson clichés, but with an honest assessment.

Unfortunately, our offered figure fell short of closing the deal. However, as always, Ms. Simpson has kept our family informed of new directives, and we are appreciative of her attentive demeanour.

I've always been warned that one of the worst people to deal with are property managers and landlords. However Madison Brook has really put this accusation to bed.
They are always so supportive and ready to go that extra mile. I have to give extra credit to a lady named 'Stacey' who I have been dealing with. Or should I say "Slay-cey" because of how fantastic she is.

Emma and Stan are super helpful. Not your usual estate agents, very transparent and honest. Shame I lost the property I was interested in, but the kind people at MB are keeping me in the loop when stuff is in the pipeline!

Our experience with Madison Brook has been more than excellent!

We've been renting a two bed apartment for a couple of years with them without an issue. Whenever some appliance broke, reported it on their FixFlo app or via concierge, had it promptly resolved.

Enormous part of the building management done by concierge Ali, who has always conducted his duties professionally, in a polite and respectful manner.

Have only good things to say about Joshuah Eagle, agent/manager from MBI, who, at the time, showed the 2bed property which was available to let. Very professional communication, from beginning to the end of tenancy.

Unfortunately, the rent has been going up annually, even by more than 10% recently, considering the similar properties in the area. Yet it's all fair game on their part, since setting price is completely at LL's (Fitzpatrick's) discretion.
