I just received my mat this morning. It is perfect! I am so glad I found this company on-line.

I have a patio with large ceramic floor tiles out the back doors.
Recently, my wife slipped and broke her wrist before Christmas on some tiles with a heavy wet dew. Florida winters can have this issue.
We wanted something to keep the slippage on wet tiles to a minimum.
This outdoor carpet is working perfectly.

Ordered a runner 3 weeks ago, with a commitment to a 7-14 day turnaround time. I called yesterday and gave the phone rep my order number and information. I got a return call last night, and that caller could not find my order, because i didn't have my order number at hand...you know, the order number that I gave to their customer service rep, two hours earlier, TWICE, with specific instruction to write the number down on the call ticket. They've already failed on time commitment. I'll follow up if/when I get the mat, but for now, I can't rate the rug, since I don't have it yet!

It's hard to review product you haven't received. I ordered a mat from this company over 6 weeks ago they were happy to accept my payment but I have still yet to receive my shipment.

Service and customer service was excellent. The runners we purchased are excellent quality and the color is ideal.

The only issue was how long it took to get the mat. It was over 3 weeks!! I guess I'm used to amazon.

Good Price, great product

As promised arrived within 2 weeks. Have had for about 2 weeks now, no curling lays nicely on floor and is trapping the water and dirt that is being tracked in.

Customer service was excellent.
After I received the product I had ordered, I did not want to keep it because it didn't suit my needs and called to find out how to return it. The customer service representative suggested an alternative product and, after I looked at it online while the representative waited on the phone, I liked what I saw and ordered the suggested alternative. When I asked how to return the unwanted product, the representative said I didn't need to return it - I could keep it.

Easy to work with and fast shipping. Will use again.

I received the product and I am very satisfied with the quality. The delivery schedule was a little slower than I expected.

We ordered a custom size for our entryway in VT and the mat does an amazing job catching all the snow that comes in on our boots!
