Im 68 two time cancer survivor, before cancer,I was always strong,free weights, construction work. My first 15 min work out was mor effective than I would have thought. Excited for my journey back. God bless

I apparently ordered some coaching…
I apparently ordered some coaching unintentionally thru their website. I wrote them the next day they refused refund. Also charged for the same basic plan twice and not only that the plan is not available to me as every day on the calendar is labeled a recovery day. This is a very unscrupulous company with no way to talk with a live representative and is based offshore in Cyprus the company so called headquarters. The so called tai chi classes are just stretching. Avoid at all costs
