I can not recommend MadMuscles
I requested a refund shortly after subscribing, but MadMuscles initially refused and repeatedly pointed me to their policies instead of addressing my concerns. Only after several emails, references to consumer rights, a GDPR data access request, and a formal data deletion request did they finally process a partial refund and close my account.
Customer support was polite, but the process was unnecessarily long and frustrating. What could have been resolved with a simple refund request turned into weeks of back-and-forth correspondence. Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to read all terms very carefully before subscribing.

I,simple enjoy as a full workout
I,simple enjoy as a full workout, I can do these. The choreographed workouts are intense with rest and my body enjoys it without desire to give up. At first, I stalled some , but steady moving, the next day I was eager to outdo the first day and because not giving up, my body was willing to keep going for the allowance of starting, glory to God.

Mi sono iscritta tramite un’offerta iniziale a basso costo e successivamente mi sono ritrovata un rinnovo automatico di quasi 100€. Purtroppo non ho ricevuto alcun promemoria o notifica prima dell’addebito.
La parte più frustrante è che non ho mai realmente utilizzato l’app, i piani di allenamento, il coaching o i meal plan. Non appena mi sono accorta del pagamento, ho immediatamente cancellato tutti gli abbonamenti e contattato l’assistenza chiedendo un rimborso.
Il supporto è rimasto sempre educato, ma invece di affrontare direttamente la richiesta di rimborso, per giorni ho ricevuto continue offerte promozionali per estendere ancora di più l’abbonamento. Dopo numerose email, il rimborso è stato infine rifiutato.
Capisco che esistano delle policy aziendali, ma addebitare una cifra così alta per un servizio completamente inutilizzato, senza alcun promemoria prima del rinnovo, mi è sembrato molto scorretto e mi ha creato una reale difficoltà economica.
Consiglio quindi di fare molta attenzione ai rinnovi automatici e di controllare subito tutte le impostazioni dell’abbonamento dopo l’iscrizione.
Very disappointing experience with MadMuscles.
I signed up through a low-cost introductory offer and later discovered an automatic renewal charge of nearly €100. Unfortunately, I did not receive any reminder notification before the payment was processed.
The most frustrating part is that I never actually used the app, workout plans, coaching service, or meal plans at all. As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately cancelled all subscriptions and contacted support requesting a refund.
The support team remained polite, but instead of directly addressing my refund request, I received repeated promotional offers to extend the subscription even further. After a long exchange of emails, my refund request was ultimately denied.
I understand companies have policies, but charging such a high renewal amount for a completely unused service without any prior reminder felt very unfair and created real financial difficulty for me.
Please be very careful with automatic renewals and check all subscription settings immediately after signing up.

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY
Do not go through the sign up process to this company without being ultra careful. It is set up in such a way as to take more money than you actually want to spend. This happened to me and once I realised they had taken the trial amount of £11 but also £49.95 for a support plan I definitely didn’t want I immediately cancelled both subscriptions- within half an hour- and I received a confirmation both had been cancelled. They refunded my £11 but have steadfastly refused to refund the larger amount. Yes, it was my error in signing up mistakenly but an immediate cancellation was sent. So why refund the smaller amount and keep the larger? The sign up process is deliberately misleading and their refusal to refund the £49.95 only confirms that. DO NOT BE FOOLED THAT THEY ARE A LEGITIMATE COMPANY.
Despite their reply below, they are NOT sorry for my disappointment and although I have contacted their customer service teams repeatedly they will NOT refund my money. Their reply is just PR. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
