The company will NO customer service

Was contacted by sales staff after I ha been on the website. Did not order online as way to confusing to work out. After speaking to the Rep was offered what I thought was a great deal. That's when it all went downhill. After meals had not arrived over a week later I sent them an email, then another email as no repyl & finally a response to the effect - here is your order it is on the way. Order finally arrived - however it is not what I ordered at all. Sent another email, then another & still waiting for a response. will I re order - never again
