Best Customer Service!
Even though the backpack I ordered looked a bit too hip and cool for my lifestyle, I have to give the company 5 stars. The UPS store representative folded the product over in the process of returning it. The owner informed me that the bag got creased in the box and he could not resell it, but advised he was going to give a full refund as a show of good faith. I really appreciated that.

We offer three sizes large standard backpacks, daypacks which are aobut 4 inches shorter than the larger backpacks and mini backpacks. I hope this helps. Nice bag…worth the cost.
The bag is a nice size and is made with quality material... definitely a good bang for your buck. I was hoping the colors would be more vibrant. It's not as captivating as it appears online.
