While this company does not provide Instant Servers, there process is clear and concise. Their sales and support staff are very clear about the time it will take to deliver your server, while at the same time making sure you get exactly what you need. After reviewing my current configuration, they actually saved me almost $50 as I was going to completely over buy on hardware just because I did not understand the advancements in technologies.
They custom build every server and at the time of ordering mine, they had a 3 day back log of orders. When it came time to build my server, they updated me through the entire process. They also adjusted my due date to the time of delivery of the server, so I got one full month out of the server, before being billed again.
I also forgot about a few applications (i.e. pdftk, etc) I had installed years of ago and support was quick to help to make sure these were installed quickly and fully tested before closing the ticket.
If you have time to wait a few days for the guys to deliver a server, they are great and you will not be disappointed. While it would be nice to have a server a lot quicker then a few days, once you talk to the staff you will understand why they do not provide this.
