The whitening pens are amazing, but unfortunately for me the customer service is atrocious! I ordered three of the pens (they were on offer) as well as using a discount code. I only received two pens. I have sent numerous emails to them, messages on Instagram and I have had no response at all from anyone. Get your act together and look after your customers so they return to you. I won’t be buying off you again, and I certainly won’t be recommending you. Such a shame when you seem to have decent products!
