Had many questions regarding the wheel and its compatibility and they were answered clearly and promptly. Wheel itself is a night and day upgrade to my existing one and so far it has been serving me well with it being true and dished. No complaints.

Very fast delivery and good product

Wheels appear good quality however they were not perfectly symmetrical and I had to use slight adjustment on spokes (both wheels) to ensure that wheels turned freely without rubbing on brakes. A little more attention to getting this detail accurate would have earned you 5 stars.

Wheels appear well made, and after first 60 miles all is good. One of the few places to get a set with QR at the back and thru axle at the front that match. The rim is not eyeletted - the pictures suggested it might be. Time will tell how robust it is - I commute about 4k miles per year, so give wheels a hard time, and wanted robustness rather than speed.

I had no idea what i needed for a replacement wheel , the guys at Wheelhut gave me great advice , they looked up my bike for the specs and all the options i had for a replacement wheel . Several emails later i placed my order and 24hrs later my wheel and tyre arrived, there customer service 5 stars , quick delivery 5 stars and a discount on the price of my package. Madspeed continue to provide wheels in all sorts of obscure configurations and the wheels are great. Fast service, I have had 3 different sets over the past couple of years and I am really please with them.

Wheels arrived in good time and were packaged very well. The wheels are outstanding and perform extremely well, light, fast and the sound of the hub is great. I fitted these to a full steel cyclocross frame and they make the ride quality unbelievable. Very fast, well built, great price, 100% recommend.
