Ordered a hat in January, charged card and sent nothing. The phone number listed is now disconnected. Will not respond to emails about getting my money back. The store is as big of a scam as the president. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE, ITS A SCAM!!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!! I ordered 2 hoodies and a bumper sticker February 1st and still haven’t got my package. Reached out to them multiple times and called the customer service number, but no one answers either.

These people are awful! They advertise nice looking stuff, but it’s all a scam. This company is using the MAGA brand to sell products, but it’s just liberals trying to deface MAGA as a whole. They are not legit, they are scam artists!

Placed an order on February 26 and still have not recieved my order. I have reached out via email several times with no response. Now I am getting my emails returned as undeliverable and address not found. I would like me money returned to me if you are not going to send me the item.

I placed an order in February 2026 and I have not received my order. I requested, several times through email, a refund and they have not responded, nor have they refunded my money. They did a website update and now I am no longer able to see my order. This is typical behavior of a scamming company. Please beware. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They do not represent the MAGA movement.

This website is a joke. I ordered back in early January. I get one email saying there would be a slight delay in delivery. Its now April and I have heard NOTHING! The customer service email does not work. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Id give them zero stars if I could

They ripped me off for $170 in merchandise. Never shipped it. Was replying to emails saying it's coming but no longer respond. THIEVES!!!

I have placed an order on the 27th of March for 4 hoodies, 2 hats, a pin and a 'How you can help ICE' e-book but haven't received any confirmations or updates yet, as if the order hasn't been noticed. It's been over month, and it still has to travel all the way to Europe.
I have been emailing Maga.com for over 2 weeks now, and nobody replies. Gmail says that their support email no longer exists.

This is a disgrace. An absolute worst online shopping decision and experience. Shocking and appalling.
Refund my money to the bank account used when ordering.

I ordered it and payed on the maga.com website using Shopify's 'Shop' app. In the 'my orders' tab, it still says 'Waiting for datails'.

I ordered a hoodie in December. I received the wrong hoodie. I emailed them tons of times and they keep ignoring me. They answered a couple of them and told me their printing machines were down but they said they were up and running now and I should receive my order soon. This was a couple months ago. I’ve written them several emails since and they keep ignoring them.

I ordered a shirt about a month and a half ago, still haven’t gotten it. I messaged, got a reply, but when I messaged for the past couple times, absolutely nothing. They don’t respond. I would shop for them again if I actually get my shirt. It’s a shame

I ordered a hoodie and received the wrong one. I’ve wrote several emails and they answered maybe 2 saying that there printing machines where down but they are now up and said my order will be out soon. This was probably 2 months ago. My original order was in December. I’ve written you guys several more emails lately an you keep ignoring me. I’m a big maga supporter but because of this it makes me wanna re think some things.

I ordered a shirt and sweatshirt from MAGA.com a month ago. Emailed them twice no response, tried the phone# disconnected. Where is my order?

As follow up to my previous review on this completely fraudulent company... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I placed an order for a tee-shirt on 2/16 (45 days ago) and never received shipping confirmation or tracking information. I have made numerous (5) attempts to contact them via e-mail with no response. The item I ordered is now listed as SOLD OUT on their website. Additionally, their phone number has been disconnected. MAGA.com is a complete and total scam! And please check out the dozens of other negative reviews before even considering placing an order.

I wish that I could give a negative review. This company seems like a scam. After I placed my order of a hat their entire website went down and was inaccessible for several days. I reached out to customer service and I received a generic almost AI generated response about their production interruptions. I have reached out several times since my original email but I haven't received any response. It has been a month and I still don't have the hat that I ordered. The website is back up but my order is not showing when I log in to view the status. They processed payment immediately but they don't follow through on the fulfillment process. I placed an order 3/7 and there has been absolutely no movement on it. I have contacted customer service several times with no response. No idea if I’ll ever get my hat which is a shame because I really want it. I will not shop on this site again.

Well I should have read the reviews before ordering because I’m dealing with the same issue of waiting since feb 17th. It seems as if they respond to people here more than they do directly to the person, I would think as if your trying to run a business then you might actually respond to the customer but who knows. Or at least send another shirt for all the waiting, I was wanting to wear my “support ice” shirt on a trip where they were rioting against them but that won’t happen anymore. Especially for a republican run site we expect more than that!!!

Must be a scam. Ordered a sweatshirt for 75.00 on Feb 12th. Have not received it or a return email advising me where it is at. Only email is when thy took my money to confirm the order.. pathetic!

Jan 29, 2026. I ordered shirts and stickers. Emailed them a month later and received an email saying they are "behind" on production because their printer is having issues. Emailed them again early March. Response was they are trying to catch up on production. I recently asked for a refund instead and NOTHING. No response. SCAM. PLEASE STAY AWAY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I made a $56 purchase on 2/28/2026 which I still have not received. I have emailed the company multiple times and have not received any response. There is no contact number for customer support and no other way to make contact with this company. I will never make another purchase with maga.com and urge other customers to take caution before submitting payment or considering making any purchase.
