We didn't need a lecture from the assistant in the fuel kiosk when purchasing a gas bottle this morning on having to speak French she was very rude totally unacceptable.

Amazing help from Sula she is a credit to the company.
She helped us,was pleasant and explained everything in detail for us.

The shop on sundays closes at 12:00 not at 12:30. They say they need time for cleaning . Charcuterie refused to give me food at 12:20 they told its clised. Fish department dont exist at 12:00.
Fisherman is always never nice to me even once hitted my hand when i was showing what i need. Nobody speaks any languages exept french.
Admin instead of letting me buy gratin proposed me to come earlier and said why i do scandals. Really me invalid should come when i can. She explained me im bad and they are all good tgey need 12:00till 12:30 to clean. So please put on your shop that its closed at 12:00!!!! Also change please your unfriendly old staff which stays there for years and are arrogant and never friendly.
Admin told arrogantly that i should come before. I think its my business only when i needto come not hers. Its written on the door untill 12:30. I asked why you dont write on the door that shop is untill 12:00. So please write this on your door. Because your workers close everything at 12:00..!!!!!!

I have to say I am shocked Super U is so low on, trust pilot or maybe I am just lucky with my local one in Gorron area 53, they always shock a lot of the local farmers products very clearly give ingredients on items of foods, and their own U items are of a very good price and good quality, and for a fairly small local Supermarket very much appreciated 👍

This company is very bad at after sales service particularly in the technologie departments. Their total disregard for service and repair is matched only by their total technical incompetence. A company to avoid
