Their Policy States You Can Cancel Within 24 Hours - You Can't

I ordered two coats, not realizing the coats were coming from China, as the models on the site were all American. Once I received the receipt, I discovered where they were coming from and went to their site to check their policy. Their policy states that you can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours by way of email to their customer service. They responded back in 4 days stating I can't cancel because the items had shipped, but the tracking information showed the items didn't leave China for two weeks. I sent them multiple emails showing them their cancellation policy and they never responded back. I contacted Paypal when items arrived for assistance to return the items, but they stated there was nothing they could do for me. I contacted my credit card company and luckily, they helped with a dispute. This is why I never intended to purchase from China and will be more careful in the future. It is not safe to order from this company.

The Worst Customer Service

Placed an order on Jun 20, 2024. I tracked the order. July 12, 2024 it said "This shipment is on its way." As of August 13, 2024 I have not received the order. There are no email updates and no customer service number. The only contact that I could find was online messaging only in Chinese.

Unworkable returns policy

When I requested a return they sent me a returns label that no courier company would accept.

Update: They apologised a year later then lodged a complaint that this review was defamatory. Thankfully, it was upheld by Trustpilot. They seem a shady bunch.
