Very good support: Michael was so helpful and we solved the problem

We are a printing company from Austria and run an online shop. Michael from Magezon supported me wonderfully and we use many of his modules which make our work much easier. It is worth mentioning that the support team responds to us within a few minutes and has solutions ready.

We purchase Magezons pagebuilder for Magento 2 (with Porto theme). It seemed to work well initially but there were a few small issues. However, the support team responded quickly were excellent in resolving the issue and it now works perfectly, and is an excellent extension. Highly recommended.

We experienced a small issue within an extension (compliance issue with another 3rd party extension). After contact by e-mail and Skype, Michael created a solution for this. Very good and friendly contact.

Magezon are always answering my questions I got through their chat engine.

As a developer, it's really nice to be able to discuss with technical guys from a third party company.

All of them knows what they are talking about.

I bought the Ninja menu because it is working with Hyva theme. Some litte bugs where immediately fixed. So excellent aftercare!

I work as a consultant. After reviewing several extensions for Magento 2 solutions, I narrowed down to Magezon Pagebuilder for our requirement. This was about 2 years ago. Since then we have opted to go for more extensions from Magezon.

Their support and customer service is brilliant!. High quality extensions and easy documentation.

Great products and great customer service. We have used several products and would recommend Magezon to our clients.

We purchased a module from them (custom options for m2) and once we installed it we noticed it does not have some features which were advertised that are present (in this case, CSV export-import). We purchased the module for this functionality exclusively! When we asked for a refund they refused to accept that this qualifies for a refund even though they admitted the functionality is missing and needs to be developed. Our request for a refund based on this reason was completely ignored (after 30+ emails about it with their support).
So, beware of this company. NEVER count on refunds and NEVER count that the functionalities described are actually there.

These guys are great!! They respond quickly, and always happy to help with bug fixes and feature updates. Great work guys - we need more module vendors like YOU!!

I am a developer and my client don't have module order history still they provided latest module without any further enquiry. Best service and I am really appreciate you guys.

Page builder and form builder are my favorite.

I had a great experience working with Magezon on my Magento website, had some issues after upgrading to 2.4.6 with their extensions, They fixed all the issues and now the "custom options" extension is working fine on 2.4.6.
They did not keep me waiting and within a few days, everything was fixed.

We have tried Custom Options extensions for M 2 from different providers and most of them had tons of conflicts with default Magento modules as well as with third-party plugins. On M 1 version we used to have Mageworx's Advanced Product Options which worked smoothly, but with the M 2 version had various conflicts, and their team was slow to answer our support tickets.
We decided to try Magezon's Custom Options extension, which had several conflicts with other modules as well, but their team worked really hard and fixed all the issues. Their team did a great job as our platform has at least 40 third-party extensions.
Great extension with a very reasonable price and a professional support team!

Be aware of their "fake" refund policy which is just nonsense. We bought a module there, which we weren't satisfied with. I tried to refund it, but apparently, I am not eligible for a refund due to their refund policy.
The module was full of bugs, and we just didn't have the resources and time to have it fixed.
The first company on the market I come across that does not refund money for a module that the customer is not satisfied with. In a world of a lot of customized Magento 2 shops - this is not something unusual.

Magezon is a dishonest vendor with very poor service. I purchased the File Manager Extension from Magezon and it did not work at all! It was not compatible with Magento 2. I asked for help and was ignored by the vendor. No response to my support request and no response to my requests for a refund. Several messages were sent directly on their support portal and directly to their service email – no response.. Fortunately, I purchased the plugin via Paypal and got my money back by putting a claim through Paypal. I will never buy from them again.
