Short use-by date!
Great product but very disappointed that I received 9 x 500ml chicken stock packets with a short use-by date. I won’t be able to use them all up before they expire - so I won’t be bulk ordering stock from this store again ☹️

How can I review something that never arrived?
I ordered a Maggie Beer hamper as a special birthday surprise for my sister, and what should have been a lovely gesture turned into a frustrating and stressful experience. Despite ordering well in advance and following up to confirm delivery, the hamper never arrived.
Being overseas made the situation even more difficult, with tracking issues, limited ways to contact customer support and endless time spent chasing an order that should have been straightforward. My sister was also left waiting at home, unsure whether she could go out in case she missed the delivery.
A birthday surprise that was meant to make someone feel special ended up causing unnecessary stress and disappointment. While I understand that couriers can experience delays, the lack of reliable updates and the failure to deliver the order are simply not good enough.
Very disappointing experience, especially given the money spent and the occasion it was intended for. I would have expected much better service and communication. I am now seeking a full refund for an order that was never delivered.
