Ordered some stuff almost a month ago. I have not yet received my package. And I doubt I ever will since maggiore claims it’s already delivered.
Keep in mind I ordered a lot of stuff and it was apparently sendt in a letter that never came, with no explanation on where it might have ended up at. Would advise against ordering stuff here. And instead order from a more reputable place instead.

Ordered as a Christmas gift, but the hat was not packed in the original box. The previous order was also with the box. The hat was not even in a plastic bag. It does not look high quality, exclusive. It looks like it is from Temu from China.

I bought 2 caps, it's been 2 months, 1 reply back where it says it will be fine, I've waited 2 months for something that will take 4-8 days or a little more, a little is not 2 months and so little customer service, I'm asking you if you're considering buying these caps, good luck if you get them. I have sent maybe 8 emails, DM them on Instagram. 1 answer and 0 understanding. Havent received my money back or anything good for the misunderstanding that has clearly been. I'm begging you on my behalf, spend your money on something else than that garbage of a company here.
payed 70€ for my order and I never received tracking ID
Worst experience… payed 70€ for my order, did not receive it, wrote emails, completed contact forms, write on instagram and nothing… please beware. Didn’t even get a tracking id for my order from them. At the same time I got promo emails from them, but they never replied to the ones I sent them. I feel scammed… I placed my order on the 12th of January of 2025 and it is now the 29th of January. I am from the U.E. And I should’ve receive my order in 2 to 8 business days. If I don’t get my money back I’m really looking into what I can do legally to get it back. So disappointed…
Non existent customer service
I ordered one cap for Christmas present, however it turned out to be the wrong one. So I emailed them to get a return label. At the same time, I ordered the right one. Haven’t heard anything from them in three weeks now. Bad customer service when selling such expensive products.

I wrote to them 2 times on email and one time on Instagram and no response.
Really bad customer service.
I don’t recommend it.

Actually, I ordered two caps but I received only one cap and one wallet, which is I didn’t order any wallet at all and I sent them email with pictures of what I received but no one get back to me!
