Magica has been interesting to try

Magica has been interesting to try, especially for creating AI video and image-style content. The app is easy to understand, and I like that it gives users different ways to earn credits. I’m still testing the quality and features, but so far it feels useful for creators who want to experiment with AI-generated visuals. I would like more clear instructions on credits and referral codes, but overall it has potential.

JUST STAY AWAY FROM "MAGICA"

Magica (galaxy.ai) is asking me to write a honest review to earn up to 15M credits and this is what I am doing.

As we know, Magica (Galaxy) is not free: you have to pay both to have access to the platform and to get credits.

Every time you use this platform, whatever thing you do, including text conversation, you are charged, you have to pay. You have to pay even if the result is not what you expected and the amount to be paid is not indicated in advance, but only "after" the job has been done.

Although the job is wrong (e.g. persons with 5 limbs or 6 fingers per hand, or picture which are different from what you asked, or wrong answers which can lead you to suffer serious damages such as a wrong answer on a health problem ) there is no way to get your money back. Also they don't tell you how much a job is going to cost you: they let you know the price after having charged you, when it's too late to withdraw or to abort the project (fro example: if I knew in advance how much this project is going to cost me, I would never start it).

Also, their so called "customer support Bella - Magica" never answer when you point out real problems.

For example, I was chatting with their AI, which said text chats were free, but at the same time, I saw my credit was depleting with every response I received.

So I took some screenshots and sent them to customer support, asking for a refund for the completely false and misleading information I'd received, but I received no response, nor any refund.

I can prove everything I wrote.

I believe this is simply criminal behavior because, in my opinion, it's a clear fraud. It's fraud because the responses you receive from the AI lead you to believe you won't spend anything, when in reality you're being charged for each question and answer.

If you're familiar with the legal definition of "fraud," this case fits that definition exactly: "Fraud becomes a crime when it is a knowing misrepresentation of the truth or concealment of a material fact to induce another to act to his or her detriment.". (cf. Black's Law Dictionary).

They wanted me to write an honest review? Here it is.

I can't get rid of them because I've already paid and would lose the money, but you who are reading this to choose, if you can, choose something else, but definitely not Galaxy or Magica, whatever it's called now.

Stay away...

I had a very disappointing experience with this platform and its customer support.

While generating AI content, the website became unresponsive and appeared to be frozen. Shortly afterward, I discovered that my account had been charged multiple times for what I intended to be a single generation request, resulting in approximately $25 worth of credits being consumed.

I contacted support and explained that my concern was not whether the generations were completed, but whether a platform issue caused multiple charges from a single user action.

Unfortunately, support repeatedly responded with the same generic explanation that the generations were completed and therefore the credits could not be refunded. My actual concern was never properly investigated.

What made the experience even worse was the support process itself. Tickets would often go unanswered, and the only way to receive a response was to open a new ticket. In addition, support agents repeatedly closed tickets without resolving the issue or answering the questions that were being asked.

I understand that technical issues can happen on any platform. What disappointed me was the lack of accountability, the refusal to properly investigate the matter, and the poor handling of support requests.

The AI models themselves are good, but based on my experience, if you encounter a billing dispute or credit consumption issue, do not expect a thorough investigation or effective customer support.

For that reason, I cannot recommend this service and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I've been using Magica (formerly…

I've been using Magica (formerly Galaxy.ai) for several months, and it has become one of my most-used AI tools. What stands out is the ability to access multiple leading AI models and creative tools from a single platform instead of managing numerous subscriptions. The interface is straightforward, the tools are easy to use, and new features are added regularly.

The platform is especially useful for content creation, research, coding assistance, image generation, and productivity tasks. Having everything in one place saves time and simplifies workflows. The value for the subscription price is excellent compared to paying separately for multiple AI services.

While no platform is perfect, Magica offers a strong combination of convenience, functionality, and affordability. For anyone looking for a comprehensive AI workspace, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Didn't expect much at first

Didn't expect much at first, but this app turned out to be genuinely useful. I use it almost every day for work and personal stuff. It's quick, easy to navigate, and saves me a lot of time when I need answers or help with writing. Compared to some other AI apps I've tried, this one feels more reliable and less frustrating to use. Happy with it so far. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An All-in-One Powerhouse!

Been a member for a year now, and what I like most about this site compared to other ai models, is the flexibility - This is no doubt an all-in-one platform. It has multiple use cases, sometimes overwhelming with so many app models, but better to have more than not enough. I particular like the 'earn' credits everyday just by logging on (I set my alarm to make sure I don't miss a day).
Well worth it. You won't be disappointed.

Magica is a comprehensive AI-powered platform that provides users with an Agent, Tools, Library, and API/MCP integration capabilities. The interface appears well-organized with features like a Prompt Library, Tutorials, and an Ad Library to help users get started. The platform offers a Free Credits Program for subscribers, allowing them to earn bonus credits through task rewards including product reviews, social content, referrals, bug reports, and feature requests. Credit rewards are subject to approval and typically processed within 1-3 business days. The subscription-based model provides lifetime deal options, and there's also an affiliate program offering 30% recurring commission on paid users.

Exactly what an AI agent should be—intuitive and efficient

I’ve tested several different AI agents recently, and most of them share the same frustrating flaw: they struggle to grasp the actual intent behind a prompt. I usually end up spending more time—and burning through more credits—constantly refining and correcting their mistakes through trial and error. Magica has been a breath of fresh air in this regard. From the very first prompt, its interface proved to be incredibly intuitive, and it executed exactly what I asked it to do on the first try.

When you are trying to streamline complex tasks or build out automated workflows, precision is everything. Having a tool that understands the nuance of a request without needing endless hand-holding is a massive time-saver. It completely eliminates the friction that usually comes with adopting a new AI platform. The sheer accuracy of Magica's output means I can actually trust it to run with a task rather than micromanaging every step of the process.

It’s true that the credits on Magica are starting to get a bit pricey, which initially made me hesitate. However, because it gets things right the first time, I’m ultimately spending fewer credits per successful task than I was on "cheaper" alternatives that required five iterations just to get a usable result. If you need a reliable, high-end agent that prioritizes efficiency and actually works as advertised, the value here is undeniable.

Insufficient Credits on Lifetime Plans

I agree with Kent Meeker's review. It takes a million credits to generate a few seconds of video, so the 15 million credits a month for the lifetime deal is no deal. Up until around 5/27/26 you could get about a half million free credits each day, but they've dropped that. Now you can burn up all your credits in a few minutes, or at most an hour or two. I regret spending $400 on this lifetime plan. The music generation models only make small clips, nothing like the 8 minute songs Suno can do.

I have been lightly using this platform to create content and used to use the standalone ai and navigate between them. This has really streamlined the workflow and saved me a ton of time. I would highly recommend giving it a try. As a newer creator it has simplified the entire process massively. I use both the android app and the desktop version, The desktop version packs a bigger punch in helpfullness than does the android app.

One toolkit instead of twelve subscriptions

I came across Magica on LinkedIn—and, admittedly, I was initially skeptical, as any claim of “all AI models in one” deserves to be met with a healthy dose of skepticism. After giving it a try, my skepticism vanished. Chat, video, audio, various models: everything under one roof, instead of having to click through half a dozen separate subscriptions.
For €15 a month, I get enough tokens to easily handle my daily tasks. And if I ever need more, it’s easy to top up—without being forced into the next higher plan, which is pleasantly fair.
In short: I don’t want to be without it anymore. Highly recommended.

Everything I could ever need!

I've been using Magica for months now, when it was still Galaxy.ai. I often find myself immersed in several different projects or creative ideas, sometimes simultaneously and sometimes I hit a brick wall.

When I do graphic design, Magica's image tools may present a baseline to start from, which gets me past that initial hump.

When my C# code gets dyslexic, Magica's Claude implementation is often there to tell me, "Yo silly, your code is backwards, fix it ya goober!"

15 million tokens seems like a bit, and is more than adequate if you only use AI occasionally, but I sometimes find myself wishing I had more credits, and a refund/partial refund function when the resulting generation didn't give the desired result despite a strong prompt.

Still, having so many tools all in one place and with one bill is amazing.

Galaxy.ai Rebrand to Magica is a…

Galaxy.ai Rebrand to Magica is a Massive Value Downgrade and Credit Trap

Avoid this platform. As a legacy Galaxy.ai subscriber, the transition to Magica has been a disaster.

Lost Data: They migrated the platform without notifying users, completely wiping out my saved work and custom characters. Customer support has been entirely useless in resolving this.

Forced Credit Drain: Under the old Galaxy.ai model, 50M credits comfortably lasted me all month, even with heavy image and video generation. Magica has replaced the standard 1:1 model with forced "Super Agent" loops. When you type a simple text question, the backend runs 3 to 5 recursive iterations, repeatedly overwriting the answer on your screen and draining millions of credits in minutes for the exact same information. I burned through a full monthly allowance plus a $20 top-up in a single day just doing text chat—no images, no video. My habits didn't change; Magica's architecture did, seemingly designed to aggressively drain customer wallets. Your options are Super Agent chat or Advanced. Advanced is just Super Agent chat with even more iterations per. There is no 1:1 option. I'm glad I didn't buy a lifetime subscription. I thought about it, but now I feel completely ripped off and am currently looking for an alternative.
