This tool has been essential to my daily AI usage. I love that there are so many to choose from, and I don't have to pay for each one. I won't be changing any time soon because I get great results at an awesome price.

Magica provide a great service and is one of the better AI aggregators considering that they provide access to a wide range of AI models and is one of the few that provide media generation (image, video and audio) but also code, document, analytics and research models. They also provide API and MCP options. One concern I have is that credits is quite expensive but is worth it depending on your use case.

I do not like the rebrand!! A lot has change and everything is moved around or just gone. Daily credits are no longer, not sure why you had to fix something that really wasn't broken and why you did not send out mass notices this was going to happen. Im a lifer and no happy with this change. I would not recommend

I’ll be honest—I didn’t love Galaxy AI at first. As a total newbie, it felt a little overwhelming and I wasn’t sure I was using it “right.” But once I gave it some time and started experimenting, everything clicked.

If you’re new, stick with it. It gets better—and then it gets really good.

In the switch to "Magica" they took away the Chat tool that I used most, where I could select which AI model to interact with. I'm not making videos or images. I used it to help with song lyric ideas. Now I am FORCED to use their Autonomous Super Agent, which feeds me incorrect answers and is much slower than the interface they replaced. I paid for lifetime access and was happy before the recent changes. Now, I feel cheated. Update: When you read the "glowing" reviews here, please understand that they trade credits for Trust Pilot Reviews. I'll bet I earn no Magica credits for this one...

I have been using Magica AI (formerly GalaxyAI) for about 5 months now. I started using it with very little knowledge of how to make videos and audios using ai. It was very easy to learn. I'm now making money from monetized accounts using the very easy to make videos with cloned voices!!

using online is A+++. i tried to download and install on my phone and at 1st had trouble finding the app because the name Magica does not show up. its called All In One AI Agent in the play store. but that was ok. once i installed it. i am able to navigate better. i will say i prefer online versus phone mostly because of the screen size. Editing, i find as long as you have some good prompts you will achieve the result your looking for.

There are so many AI programs out there now a days. A lot of them looks very promising. But after trying several of those AI programs and apps, I found some start out good, but end up falling short, over all, most are just disappointing, not worth a 2nd look. However, Magica is in a league of its own, putting all other AI apps to shame.

What I love most about Magica is they are constantly updating to keep everything current as AI technology evolves. If you don't want to, or not ready use what is new, you have the option to keep using what you know as they don't remove the old versions when new updates come out. That's a nice thing when your not ready to move up to the latest and greatest yet.

I’ve genuinely had a great experience using Magica for cinematic AI videos and dark fantasy content creation. The visuals are beautiful, the motion quality can be incredible when prompts are dialed in correctly, and the platform is easy to use even for creators experimenting with AI for the first time. I especially love how quickly I can turn still images into emotional, atmospheric video clips. The daily credit system helps creators test ideas often, and when generations hit right, the results feel almost movie-quality. Definitely one of the more inspiring AI creative tools I’ve used lately.

Magica is great and is doing all the heavy lifting and teaching me a lot about creating content, and has even saved me money from actually getting a coach. However, creating videos with Magica consumes a lot of credits and sometimes suggests unnecessary changes that require additional credits, finds mistakes and asks for more credits and tries to upsell you on the spot or/and forfit the project after spending hours on the project. This is frustrating, and customers will find another platform with fewer issues very soon

I was using the paid version of ChatGPT when I stumbled across Galaxy.ai (now Magica). Getting access to a ton of different tools was great, especially since the cost was less than what I was paying for ChatGPT. My primary use is chats and image creation, so the monthly credit allocation is much higher than I need right now, but recently I've started using the video creation tools, which obviously takes more credits. Time will tell if the monthly credits are enough, but for now I'm very happy. The mobile version of the platform is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. You can jump to a specific tool, revisit your image creation library, or check out pre-made prompts. I know I haven't even touched 1/10th of what the platform has to offer, but I'm very happy with it after 16 months of using it. One tip I will say is that using the "improve prompt" part of the image creation tool has been incredible. It gets SO much closer than when I just type in a prompt, even if my prompt is detailed. It knows how to improve upon your notes because it knows what the image creation models need to do their job.

I paid $400 directly to the website Galaxy.ai for a permanent Lifetime Subscription. A core advertised feature of this subscription was a daily credit accumulation system. The company has since rebranded to 'Magica' and unilaterally removed the credit system, severely altering and degrading the product I paid a premium flat rate to access. Other legacy users report being locked out or extorted for more money. This is a deceptive bait-and-switch practice, violating the terms of the lifetime contract. Additionally, you can no longer select the specific ai tool that you would like to use. Magica 'uses' the right one for you....but it doesn't.
It choses the ai tool that will use the most credits instead of letting you pick your ai engine.
Currently, I do not recommend Magica and I've filed a report with galaxy.ai (Samsung), Magica, FTC and BBB.
If I don't receive a response within 14 days, I will seek out other legacy users who are as upset as I am.
