I would give zero stars if there was an option. Picture received was nothing like advertised (looks like a rubbish ai image, and not hand drawn). Every time I asked for a simple change, the would change multiple things. They hardly ever reply to emails, and I still did not receive my completed picture nearly a year on. Asked for a refund, and that’s when communication stopped altogether. Avoid at all costs

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

i ordered 2 of their frames to arrive last Christmas, paid and sent the images to be turned into a Disney frame. The prototypes i received back via email were not correct so i sent my edits, as these cost a lot of money and i wanted them to be right. The new drafts were even more incorrect and not only did they make them worse, they shipped them!

They both arrived TWO weeks after Christmas and were unusable, having reached out to try and resolve this they have not responded to multiple emails and over 12 weeks have elapsed.

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star if that were an option.

I ordered a frame in October for my husbands birthday in December. It arrived smashed and so I contacted them and they said they would send a replacement. 3 weeks later replacement art was sent with no frame. I then had emails back and forwards for 3 months about whether or not I had had the replacement frame and me asking for a refund before finally in January I had an email saying they would grant the refund and it would be processed in 3 working days.

I’ve never had any money back and they stopped replying to any emails.

The company took my order and my money for a digital print to be sent to my email address. Seven days later and despite 3 emails and 2 DM's (at their request) nothing has been sent.
The company although suggests its based in the UK is based in China and when you look at their refund policy on its website, its completely in what looks to be French and with no option to translate to English or any other language. AVOID

I ordered a couple of frames. It’s now over 3 weeks later and I haven’t received a confirmed image as yet. The first image sent through for approval was just awful and nothing like the character images displayed on their website & online so was very disappointing.

I personally do not believe the reviews left on their own website, many are too similar and nothing like what I have experienced. Trustpilot is the only place I have been able to find other reviews and they’re very recent. Perhaps a scam?

Their lack of communication is very frustrating too, plus there is no way of contacting them apart from email.

If I do eventually receive my items then I will off course update, but for now, I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

I wasn't happy with the photo they sent, requested refund but kept pushing to send me another picture.

4 times of me asking for my money back, 'they have apparently issued the refund' -yet to see my £50 back.
