Having read the previous negative reviews I falsely believed this would have been down to individuals losing financially from this gambling website. I was wrong. I urge you please not to spend any money on this casino. I don’t believe it meets industry standards, the ‘bonuses’ are non existent, i couldn’t permanently self exclude, it’s virtually impossible to find the withdrawal option. I’ve never said this about any online casino before but I genuinely feel this one could be fraudulent. If not, it will be the worst online casino you will have ever played.

I’m struggling to write this without raising my blood pressure you need shut down I’ve continued to play your site and you most definitely for sure have issues with bonus/scatters/features and payouts that you would expect to be paid out for high vol games these payouts were so low but took so long to play for ! How is this even possible ?
I’ve now spent thousands through games and received withdrawals of my own deposits which is all I can get never more.
If on average a game will only pay out every £100-£300 each game how is that fair ( and this is across all games I’ve played ).
My play ends up being negatively played and stressful as I can’t get over the payouts !!
Players have a right to play for fun not question every spin and it’s awful out come ?
I’ve played most of these game across other sites and they no way they way this site plays them ( no feature wins on any ?) was one of my main concerns along with scatters you maybe need your games looked into as a site I wouldn’t say your responsible for the outcome but as a site maybe look into why your games play so poor it’s totally lacking any responsible fun safe play if on average I would need to deposit over £500 to play and I maybe would get all of 3 wins to low to even build !!
I normally would only deposit £20-£50 I’ve deposited rediculous amounts as like I said the night you deposit and more you more likely to get a win this shouldn’t be how it works !

Magical are shocking! Customer service non-existent. If you ever get a reply they don’t actually get the issue and give the bog standard ‘can’t be bothered to actually help’ response about cookies/cache…. Don’t even try going to the complaints team because they’re as bad across the whole of Rank. Looking at other reviews I’m not alone.
