Gave incorrect information such as date that payment should be made and time limit for cancellation. Also made incorrect deductions- then have the cheek to tell me I owe thousands within 2 weeks if I do not wish to lose deposit! I point out they put all the dates in writing!! They say nothing they can do......What a bunch of scammers and arrogant thieves that will ruin your family holiday. You will have no peace of mind if you book with this firm.

Easy to book and confirmed everything quickly and when I had a issue I got an answer straight away with no issues.

After being let down by 2 well known online holiday companies, couldn’t be happier than with the service provided by Magic Breaks. Great communication from Amanda who was working with us up to Sunday night to get our holiday confirmed and booked. Highly recommend and would certainly use again, thank you :)

The layout of the website and the easy to follow instructions.

We were forced to cancel our trip due to a medical emergency. I have requested a cancellation invoice on several occasions, and each time I have been told it would be sent to me. Unfortunately, it has never been emailed. This ongoing delay is preventing me from submitting my travel insurance claim.

We have just booked our first holiday through Magic Breaks via Phoebe and we had a great experience. Communication with Phoebe was via email & on the phone and during the few days of looking at all the options and making a final decision, she was so helpful, professional and always responded promptly to any questions I had. Very easy to use and navigate bew quotes. Love that they contacted me via message after several attempts to book to offer a further discount which was a nice touch. Very good prices in comparison to other sites and direct from disney.

Had such a lovely, easy holiday! Fab support system that helped before, during and even after the holiday, all included in the great price they have for the holiday! Lovely support staff and easy system. Had a great time away with my family and was so calm and relaxing.

Good price but website keeps resetting search even halfway through doing it so results aren't what you entered.

Can’t fault Magic Breaks & Natalia in particular, she’s helped us book multiple trips now & her efficiency is second to none! Highly recommend!

Whilst the booking process for our Paris trip was very good, we weren't told that for our Paris Center Parcs booking that we would not be able to book activities until 2 days before our actual trip! I have learnt this after paying for our holiday in full to magic Breaks.
This is appalling as we are a family of 5 and travelling over half term and so by the time we can actually book activities we risk that there will be little availability. It seems that although Magic Breaks takes the whole payment for the trip at the point of booking, they don't actually pass it on to the Center Parcs until much nearer to the holiday.
If we had booked directly with the Center Parcs then we would have been able to book activities upon payment of balance. This is really disappointing and will negatively impact our break, so please be aware if you are planning this kind of booking with Magic Breaks.

All swiftly sorted and confirmed in 10/15 minutes. Plenty of information provided with contact numbers and recommendations. Very happy with Magic Breaks.
