I bought their Platinum pacage to sell my property which is weaste of money and time.
Magic Bricks paid packages are a “Fraud”, you lose your money, time and patience if you buy their package.
Their modes of operandi are very unethical. They lure gullible sellers/buyers of property with their “free add”. This is just their trick to fish out genuine buyers/sellers of property. Once you advertise your property in their free add, immediately you will receive 10 calls from their sales team pressuring you to buy their paid package, saying there are thousands of sellers/buyers in your area and your listing in the free add will not be visible while searching for property. If you take their paid package which has a limited no of access to phone numbers of buyer/seller and if your quota of no of access to phone nos gets exhausted, you will be asked to pay additional amount. Whatever phone nos of potential customers they provide you are out dated or of no result. Again you will receive several calls from their sales team, coercing you to upgrade your package paying additional fee, handled by their relationship manager who sits somewhere and doesn’t know the market condition of your location. He does nothing other than giving you weekly report with “contacted so and so and result is zero”. Also their local coordinator who is supposed to show your property to potential clients is useless.
Best advice is, don’t fall into their trap because you achieve nothing buying their package. Better to depend on local real estate brokers who would really work sincerely to sell/buy your property even if you have to pay them brokerage for his service if the deal is done.

I paid rs 5250 fir advertising my house property. Now Magicbricks is demanding another 4500. It has shown me just 10 clients or their own agents as customers and has hidden another 40 or so for money. It is an out and out fraud company and people should not opt for it If you read the reviews in various sites you will know. I wonder why Government of India has Not taken action against it. I am now writing to PM's office and CBI requesting for an enquiry in to this fake company Magic bricks. My property is in Mangalore.

I am trying to stop there message but can't understand how they are as till sending message and emails , govt should take some action on data privacy

Total fraud company don't buy.
I list my property at Magi brick and start getting enquires but I cant see user phone number.
then sales team start chasing me to buy package.
salesperson had informed me that I will receive 100 Instant Leads benefits + 50 enquires in deal assured package. After buying this package enquires stopped coming and I try to contact Instant Leads it ask for money to view mobile number. total wastage of money. Please don't buy any plan from magicbrick

I made the biggest mistake of taking their so-called Pro Plan, where they promised 30 “genuine” house-owner numbers. Every single number I got was useless – all houses were already rented ages ago! The poor owners are still being spammed with calls because MagicBricks keeps selling the same outdated database.

This isn’t just bad service – it’s outright cheating. They advertise “exclusive leads” but what you actually get are stale, recycled numbers. To make it worse, their “Help Section” is a complete joke – no working support, no replies, no way to contact them once they’ve taken your money.

MagicBricks is nothing but a fraud and thief company. They lure you with fake promises, loot your money, and vanish. Absolute scam!

My advice: Don’t waste your money or peace of mind on this pathetic service. MagicBricks is by far the WORST and most dishonest service provider I’ve ever dealt with.

these guys are totally thief, firstly they trap you through minimum cost and then one member from head office will call u to upgrade to costly plan by forcibly having no sense of communication and nothing so guys don't try to trap yourself in these digital crooks for selling property, Please use our old method through friend circles, neighborhood etc. so don't use it and don't through your hard money in dustbin!!!

There isn’t enough negative descriptors to use for Magicbricks. Con men, unethical fraudsters, uneducated staff who can’t string together a coherent sentence, and the list goes on. For anyone considering spending money on Magicbricks, know that you will only waste hard earned money. They send you all kinds of false leads that have never expressed interest in your property, and worse, they try to convince you that your package has run out while many potential buyers are waiting to get in touch but cannot since your package has run out. Don’t fall for it, don’t believe their lying rubbish and don’t let them part you from your hard earned money.

Worst do not pay any money to MagicBricks after you pay, they disable the modification page , so you have no access your uploaded properties. They keep asking to get new plan to sell. So this cheaters do not invest anything insteed you can give to poor people who need the money.

ZERO Marks For MAGIC Bricks. I recently attempted to list my agricultural land near Kangeyam, Tiruppur on MagicBricks, but the experience was disappointing. The platform seems heavily geared toward residential and commercial properties, with limited visibility and support for farmland listings. Despite uploading clear details and images, my post received minimal traction and no genuine inquiries.
The interface also lacks proper filters for agricultural land buyers, and the customer support was unresponsive when I sought help to boost my listing. For sellers in rural or semi-urban areas, especially those dealing with farmland, MagicBricks does not offer the reach or relevance needed for a timely sale.
I hope the platform improves its support for agri-based listings and provides better tools for sellers outside metro zones.

❌ Worst Experience with MagicBricks Project Listing Package ❌

Do not waste your money on the MagicBricks Project Listing Package. The package is completely fake and misleading. The leads generated are fake and irrelevant, and when you raise complaints, there is absolutely no one to listen or resolve your issues.

Their team is only concerned about extracting money. They even blackmail you with threats of deactivating your package unless you pay more, but never provide any prompt response or genuine support.

MagicBricks only makes false promises — the service is a total waste of money. Highly unprofessional and unreliable.

Earlier, I had an issue related to my account, but the Magicbricks support team helped resolve the login problem on priority. I would like to thank Naman who took care of the case and successfully resolved the issue. Thanks Magicbriks team

Made a Mistake of NOT reading reviews about Magicbricks.....resgstered for PRO services and paid amount online. after that moment NO RESPONSE At ALL !

FRAUD ....people and FRAUD company ! ...Beware !!

If I had the option to give infinite negative ratings, I would! Magicbricks cheats you at every single step.

The salespeople lure you in with false promises just to take your money. Once you pay, the story completely changes. They assigned me a so-called Relationship Manager (RM) who turned out to be totally useless — never responded, never picked up calls, kept repeating the same questions, and had no clue about my property.

They even took money for a property listing they couldn’t see in their own portal due to buggy software, while I could still see and edit it on mine. They promised professional photoshoots right after payment, but all I got were excuses: photographer not available, bad weather, false timelines — and still nothing delivered. By the time I kept following up, they had already wasted 30% of my contract period doing nothing but blaming each other. And rest 70% without any service. You will not get single service rather you will get harassment,

I clearly mentioned from the start that I work abroad and can only connect via WhatsApp or my international number. The salesperson promised the RM would handle everything on my behalf. But in reality, the RM did nothing, gave excuses, and left me chasing them like I was their manager.

Result? Zero buyers, zero support, zero service — despite my property being in a prime location that attracts plenty of responses from other platforms. Magicbricks is all about lies, delays, blame games, and cheating customers.

Even after providing clear evidence of their false promises, lack of communication, and failure to deliver services, they shamelessly turn it around and blame the customer.

They are just harassing customers. You will be completely fed up answering their meaningless responses, repeating the same explanations again and again. No matter what, they insist they are always right. At times, it felt like they even lack the most basic knowledge of their own business, zero understanding of the customer’s perspective, and even struggle with simple English. You will get tired explaining things to them as if you’re teaching “A for Apple” to a child.

⚠️ Warning: This company should be shut down immediately. They are frauds. Do NOT waste your money or time with Magicbricks. They cheat people — please be aware and DON’T USE MAGICBRICKS!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I bought their premium plan and was told it would be activated in 2 hours. It still hasn't been activated despite following their instructions and there is absolutely no consumer support at all.
When you call their number, you only get to speak to the sales staff no matter what option you choose.
Their support email address is no longer valid and there is absolutely no other way you'll find help.

Their chatbot system is the worse. Slow to no replies and no one cares.

Don't trust this fraud company.Worst experience.After making payment it provides fake leads.Officials call till you make payment.Henceforth they stop taking the call.

Absolutely fraud ...I bought premium plan for sale and also for rent for two properties...I got it cross checked through my relatives if my ad is visible and whether my contact no is being shared or visible...each one of them confirmed visibility of the property in magic bricks,however , no one could get my contact no....

Fraud company, Broker took money for visiting pass then blocked us, complained to my bricks they didn’t help

I took a 5499 package and customer service is nill and response for refund or even login is not available.
I regret paying them the money

tried using MagicBricks to rent out my property — only to discover that it’s an even more disappointing platform.

Despite paying a subscription fee, the experience is anything but smooth or effective. I regularly get WhatsApp messages from their team asking for permission to share my contact details with potential tenants — but once I give the go-ahead, nothing ever happens. No follow-ups, no visits, no callbacks. Just silence.

Worse still, the system is set up so that I cannot directly contact interested tenants unless I pay extra — yes, over and above the subscription I’ve already paid for.

What’s the point of a listing platform if access to genuine leads is hidden behind endless paywalls?

It feels like a bait-and-switch model — give you a taste, then block every meaningful feature behind another fee. In short:

✔️ No meaningful leads
✔️ No accountability

Another disgusting experience where the only thing “premium” is how aggressively they push for upgrades without delivering any value.

Flat owners deserve better. Has anyone else faced this? Would love to know if there's any platform that actually works.
