I have used Magic Carpets for a long number of years. After a recent disaster with another provider, I called magic carpets in tears and they provided laminate, underlay and all the beading at the drop of a hat! I’ve always found the service top notch and the staff and fitting teams to be professional, polite and bend over backwards to help their customers. Will NOTbe going elsewhere again. Honest, friendly, professional, fast and well priced. These are all words I would associate with magic carpets. The in store staff were the kind of people you needed to speak too, 1 was most definitely a sales manager while the other was obviously a professional/time served carpet fitter.
They helped us pick the carpet we needed, not the one they wanted to sell us, then they helped us arrange a date that was good for us while still a fast turn around for them. They then offered us a price that was around £750 cheaper than your average 'big store' carpet place.
When it came to fitting, the 3 lads turned up and were quickly at the job, they did the whole 3 bed house in around 3 hours. The carpet was well fitted and the 3 lads were very friendly and helpful.
6 star service from a back street company. The so called 'big' stores should take notes from magic carpets on how to do business.
