Magic Decor is completely unreliable. They make false promises — before taking the payment, they assure you of discounts, but later claim that no such discounts are available. The design finalization process takes an unnecessarily long time, around 2–3 months, and their sales team is extremely unprofessional. Even after multiple follow-ups, they rarely respond, and when they do, they still fail to deliver the final designs. Overall, it’s a complete waste of time and effort.

They are scammers its been 30 days still havent recieved my orders its showing still in production they are not picking the phone

They are big scammers. Do not trust on their words and timelines. They upfront asks for full payment and after that their sales support gets over, will never pickup your phone.

Their production team is ever worst in handling the order. They shipped half product and rest half shipped to another customer. Upon asking about reason, they said it is minor human error and they shorting it out but even after a week from due date, they are not able to rectify or provide solution.
They project themselves as big market player but they don't even have professionalism to takle the things appropriately. Writing here so that this can reachout to wider audiance.

Worst experience with megicdecore. I ordered sample wallpaper and it been almost 1 month they did not deliver yet. Please be carefull when you order online and pay full

Please do not opt for their service the sales head of Maharashtra he claims to be spoke rudely saying “nai karengey kaam jo karna hai karo”its been 25 days and even after promising a call back they di not do it we cannot put reviews and they just put cheery picked reviews on websitr

Quality of printing and product is really very nice. Customisation available in terms of desired look by the design support team. This really help a lot. Thanks for such good product Magic decor.

Pathetic service and delivery timelines. I wish I would have read the reviews in this portal before placing my order. The designs they have, you can get them from somewhere else easily rather. Once you place an order, make the payment (100% pre payment to be done), they will not respond. You will have to chase them to get the ETA for delivery n installation. Everyone you talk to will give a different excuse.

I had an extremely negative experience with Magicdecor that I feel compelled to share.

On July 2025, I placed an order of a wallpaper with priority shipping. Not only the product came late, it also came as a defective piece both from quality and installation point. Despite multiple follow-up’s with their customer support team, no resolution is provided yet. They were supposed to send a replacement of the wallpaper and delivery deadline was 27th August, which has still not been delivered . They are just looting money and behaving well only till placing order, once order is placed they don’t reply nor provide any solution.

The lack of professionalism extended to the point where requesting a refund in case of inability to replace was met with a dismissive response claiming it couldn't be done.

The overall experience has been marred by unresponsiveness, excuses, and disrespectful behavior from the customer representatives. This level of unprofessionalism raises concerns about the integrity of the business and the quality of service provided. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of accountability and customer care in a company, leaving me deeply disappointed in the service standards upheld by MagicDecor®.

PS: I won’t recommend service from MagicDecor® to anyone.

Pathetic customer service. They convert site visits into purchase with a caveat that it's refundable. They are least bothered to respond or action. Once you cancel the order and ask for refund, they will conveniently sleep on it. Looks like they are making interest money on customer payments.

Wonderful experience at every stage, from design to application.

Scam and non reliable process.. They say something and once order placed you have run behind them . Everytime they give reasons and excuses. They don't keep up delivery time limit and after sometime they go unavailable. You have no possibility to reach them.. they are unethical..

Your Product is amazing.. but your customer care executives and Sales team is pathetic.. specially the Sales team..
Customer's time is given no importance and completely irresponsible responses are given when asked for an updated.
Sale's team had made fake promises which could not be completed by designing team.

Honestly very bad. Poor service and execution. Just for paying money the sales guy Amit and that Panda guy was like promising sunshine and rainbows and later turned out to be bricks and shit. Hopeless service and I'm gonna review it all over the social media for this kinda hopeless service

My experience with Magic Decor has been profoundly unsatisfactory. Upon placing my order, I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt execution and complete payment. However, the subsequent issues have been significant.

Despite the order’s completion, there has been a lack of communication from their team regarding its follow-up. It has been thirty days since the order was placed, yet it has not yet been delivered. When I attempted to inquire about the status of the order, I received unsatisfactory responses. Furthermore, when I made a cancellation request and sought a refund, I was met with an arrogant refusal, stating that it was not possible.

This is the kind of experience that I have had with Magic Decor, and I am deeply disappointed with their lack of customer service and accountability.

They are pathetic in service. Hopeless staff, scripted response copy+pated everytime "We understand, we are Sorry...." which they are absolutely not

Hi Team,
I had placed an order for wallpaper through your assigned executive and had clearly mentioned delivery to my current residence. However, it was mistakenly delivered to my villa where paint work is still going on.
On 20/aug/2025 at 6:28 pm, your executive Mr. Santhosh (📞 8431010615) called me from near the villa security station. Since I couldn’t receive it at that time, I politely requested him to deliver it the next day. Unfortunately, instead of understanding the situation, his response was rude and unprofessional. While I was driving, when I mentioned that if he couldn’t come tomorrow, he could “throw the wallpaper,” he replied saying he would actually throw it.
Such behavior is extremely disappointing from a reputed service-based firm like Magic Decor. Customers expect professionalism, especially when deliveries are attempted beyond working hours.
👉 I request clarification on the status of my order:
Should I still wait for the delivery?
Or, if it was discarded, please share the location so I can retrieve it.
I sincerely hope the management addresses this issue and ensures employees are trained to communicate professionally and handle customer concerns with care.

We booked a order for 4 wall papers and a frame. Wall papers rec'd installed but frame was missing even though it was showing delivered. After following up continuously for two weeks understood it was not even produced. What's app chat support is a big fraud. The installed wall papers are very good. But the emplyees are very dumb and liers. The CEO must look in to such matters seriously otherwise a good product will be out of market due to bad employees

They have taken two months to deliver our order. Received no shipping link and we have no idea how the wallpaper is being delivered.
The company is clueless about the colours in their wallpaper (we needed it for matching wall paint while we waited for the wallpaper). They detected the hues in the website picture and told us all the wrong colours.
Customer service personnel are completely rude and extremely suspicious about their service.
Please do not order from them.

I have a Very bad experience with magic decor. I ordered 1 month back and still they had not delivered the product . I requested for cancellation and refund the advance amount rs 5000 but it’s Been 15 days it’s not refunded and no one is picking or responding my calls, they want money so they will visit site and tell that some offer is going on and to avail that offer u need to book today itself by paying 5k advance and later they will not response. Please don’t believe in their words and fall to this fraudulent people. The team named mr Abhishek, Jeevan, Prem , Harish all are now absconding and not picking my calls

Customer satisfaction after mistake was committed intially
