The product that arrives is nothing like the advertisement. Flimsy straws and very small connecting balls. This product is so unfit for purpose. As stated by so many other customers, the product can be returned but at your own expense and to an address in Sweden. Strange when the product was posted to me in the uk.
Do not order from this company warning given.

As per the other reviews this is a pure scam, nothing more. The package that arrives is nothing like that which is advertised. You basically receive drinking straws and coloured ping pong balls with holes drilled in them. It's a business srategy they're employing here.
Step 1 - Create a fancy looking website with fake reviews and credible images.
Step 2 - Take the money and then send a product from China that costs a small fraction of what the customer pays for.
Step 3 - Create a confusing and cost prohibitive returns process so that most people give up.

Very poor product, not as advertised. .co.uk address but the return address to send back the rubbish is in Sweden so not worth bothering. Total scam as everybody has stated.

I ordered the large Magic Fort kit for my son for £30. When it arrived it was nothing like what was photographed and described on the website. The long sturdy poles and hard plastic multifaceted joining points were replaced by straws and ping pong balls with holes in, a fraction of the size of what was advertised.
I asked for a refund but was told I had to pay to return the parcel to Sweden which is clearly illegal.
Total con, avoid this company like the plague!

This is the review I tried to put on the magicfort.co.uk site. I received a 15% off my next purchase voucher for completing a review but my review was never published on the website.

Really disappointed with this product as it does not match the products shown in the 4 and 5 star reviews on this website. My green stick version arrived without the arrow shaped plastic ends, shown in the review left by Tommy P. As a result the structure did not hold together and each square created lost an inch from each end of the pole, meaning the fort would be inaccessible for my 3 year old. Customer service also poor with a 24hr wait for an initial reply stating that the company makes sure the product is ‘alike’ the one advertised. It appears the version of ‘alike’ I have received is missing integral parts which leave this product unfit for purpose. I am currently waiting for a return address so I can arrange a refund (although it will cost me the postage to return it- I have now also been given an address in Sweden). Many similar reviews to this can be found on an advert making the rounds on Facebook, not sure why none of these reviews appear on the magicfort.co.uk site.

Facebook marketing is ripped off, the product used in the ads is not the product sent. Product received is totally different, isn't packaged in anything but bubble wrap.
Reviews that are genuine are not published to their web page. They have deleted and bannned me from their Facebook ads/groups because I left genuine review and comments on just how bad the product is.

If like me you do order in the UK, your parcel comes from China. It arrives badly packaged. The tubes only give 27cm.shoulder clearance for your child. The joining balls are rip offs and are poorly made, kids would never be able to construct it.
If again like me you are so dissapointed you want to return the goods, you can do, but it must be sent to Sweden, which costs more than the goods themselves. So you won't bother. It's an elaborate scam and one which should be avoided at all costs. Do Not be Drawn In!!!!!

Terrible. The fort is nothing like the photos - the straight bits are just long drinking straws and the balls are tiny. It won’t fit a newborn in and I bought the biggest size! Quality is hideous too it won’t even hold a single sheet it’s so weak.
Was told I could return it but you have to send it tracked to Sweden which would cost more than the item refund.
Absolute con please don’t waste your money.

This company is a scam. I bought their fort kit for my nephews and when it arrived it was just in a bag and the pieces are tiny, nothing like advertised. To return it you have to pay for postage to Sweden and the address on their website is (and I wish I'd checked first) 123 Fake Street, Ontario. Don't be caught out by these scam-artists. Spend your money at a real shop!
