Timely delivery

Timely delivery, very nicely packed, and included a lovely card to go along (have to try and translate it to English, but it's very pretty 😊) looks like a decent amount of seeds in each bag, too. Will see how it grows, but so far - very happy with everything! Thank you!

Imagine actually hating a company

Imagine actually hating a company, well here we are magic garden seeds! The only magical thing about this company is that they somehow continue in business after years of apparent disdain for their clients. Various times I’ve lost time because of the errors of this company, or because they have sent me infertile seeds, but I kept giving the benefit of the doubt. I realised an order of nearly 150 euro 3 weeks ago. They sent me no tracking information at all. When I ask after 2 weeks if it was sent they assured it was, still offering no tracking info. Another week passes and nothing, I ask and they then send me the tracking info saying it was held at a pick up point since April 29th, over 2 weeks ago. The order has now been automatically returned. I’ve lost the chance to plant many of these things this year now, it’s too late. What’s more, they expect me to wait for the package to make its way back to them to issue my refund. Wait what? I have had zero interaction with the shipping company, haven’t been notified, picked up any packets, nothing. Why the f’ing f do I have to wait for the packet to make its way back to you. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME, WHETHER IT GETS TO YOU OR NOT! Say it doesn’t, what, now I don’t have a refund? It’s a stupid policy and you should be jumping to make the refund ASAP.
There are other signs this company cares nothing about you and your time, like when you spend a day adding seeds to the basket which aren’t there the next day because they don’t want to pay the 4.99 a month or whatever it is with their web provider to give you that option, the fact they spend more time on graphic design than actual accurate info for the seeds and making sure they send you fresh seeds. Very angry about this. Will never purchase from them again, and will clearly not be recommending.
