Believe the negative reviews.

Trying to create anything meaningful on the site is a total waste of time.

Dont try and be brave and chance it, thinking you will be lucky.

You wont and will end up kicking yourself for not believing ALL the negative reviews.

Luckily I got my money back so I am not overly fussed, but they are a complete waste of time - my time !!

Top Tip - use PayPal and when you raise a dispute - point them to this Trustpilot page .... thank me later !

Highly disappointed.

First 30 second video creation was okay. The next day I wrote a detailed script for an approximately 5 minute video. I wanted the two main characters to have some limited spoken lines. The antagonist character I created could not be used. It kept inserting a generic character. The characters in the storyboards were inconsistent and I had to regenerate scenes multiple times. After burning through thousands of credits, I thought it looked good. When I tried to render it, I had to spend $88 to purchase enough credits to render. I really wanted to see how it would come out. I was terribly disappointed. The characters kept changing, the female was a male in one scene, only one spoken line actually worked, another only mouthed the words, and it even created random spoken words that I never included. It insertednscenes that were never part of the storyboards. I immediately cancelled my monthly membership, unfortunately I had already spent over $125. I feel like I got punked. Do yourself a favor and don't even consider Magiclight.

Do not use. What you get looks nothing like their samples.

Do not use. What you get looks nothing like their samples. After trying several times and being charged to make a simple video with all coming out bad. I mean they put several clips together but the clips don't match. The people are mixed up and they add to what you request to charge you more for something you didn't want. Plus you have to pay to see what they come up with. On top of that they charge you for the whole year and don't let you pay monthly. Total waste of over $200.

Do not trust this company. It is not easy to cancel the subscription, and they ignore customer inquiries. The product fails to meet expectations. Don't be fooled; there are many competitors that do provide high-quality AI services.

The credit consumption is very high

The credit consumption is very high, and when you edit the frames it continues to render the wrong items, even if you specifically tell it what to do. If you have to animate it multiple times, it costs more credits and you can never get to a finished product. It's honesty a waste of time which sucks cause the setup and design is easy to use and seems to have potential, but it's lacking currently.

Waste of money

Just signed up for the yearly package and all I can say is that I'm disappointed. This company needs to update their service to compete with Openart. If you create a video, all the characters looks like they are from the same tribe. There is a characteristic look that will make it easy to know you used Magiclight. Everything looks the same, no uniqueness. So the output video is very boring, if you have to edit every scene, it will take you back to the days of manual editing which takes ridiculous amount of time. It is not a recommended service until more upgrade is done to enable you to create custom characters. Also their prompt system is very inaccurate. Just too much of headache. I will not be renewing my subscription.
