Reliable platform, but promotion communication could improve
Good day, my overall experience with Magiclotto has been positive. The platform is well designed, easy to navigate, and offers a convenient way to participate in international lottery draws.
One area that could be improved is promotional communication. On 21 December, I chose not to play, unaware that a 20% US Powerball promotion was active, as it had been communicated only via email. I later intended to play on 22 December, by which time the promotion had already expired. In addition, I also missed a 15% weekly deposit bonus (for example, deposit 100 and receive an additional 15), which ended on 19 December, as this was likewise communicated only through email.
Since many users do not check emails daily, introducing SMS or in-app notifications for time-sensitive promotions would significantly improve visibility and allow customers to benefit fully from available offers.
Aside from this communication aspect, the service itself has been reliable and user-friendly, and I would continue using Magiclotto.
