Took possession of a Magic Mobility V4…

Took possession of a Magic Mobility V4 FWD over a month ago through ILS. It has an accessory device charger (USB & Cig lighter socket) which does not output what is rated. Both ILS & MM tried to gaslight me and I had to prove the product was sub standard. I even had to diagnose the problem. I offered to purchase a suitable product & pay for them to install it as I need it to power my oxygen machine. Eventually a technician contacted me & we both agreed on the issue but nothing has been forthcoming. Two months I have had this 30 odd k wheelchair & it cannot be used.
