The product's inner box was damaged even though the outer box was not. It was also a different version than used in the demo video. Merchant of Magic organised credit for a replacement but didn't follow up on a final request I had to resolve the issue with fastest shipping for thee replacement. More detailed vetting of what's being sold would help customers avoid both issues.

25 GBP in my currency is a fortune -- that's what I paid for a 3-7 day tracked delivery service international...... nothing -- a month later -- refusal of management to manage the problem,

I have rediscovered my love of magic recently and I find Dominic and co exceptionally helpful. Great products, great comms, and speedy delivery. Brilliant!

I ordered several gaff decks in red and some magic coins. The order was sent with a handwritten note saying 'Coins to follow' and one of the decks was blue not red.
I waited several days for the coins to show up (still not arrived at time of review) and contacted customer service about the wrong deck. I used the contact form on the website but heard nothing back.

After chasing again via email I was told they didn't have red so the sent blue and if I didn't like it I would have to return the item.

I've had great experiences with this company in the past so it's a shame to see they've fallen so far in terms of customer service lately. I'd advise taking your money elsewhere until things improve.
