Great customer service
The book I originally ordered was mistakenly made available for customization. Magic Story reached out and apologized and allowed me to choose a different story, as well as receiving the original book for my "trouble". They went above and beyond to correct the problem and the books all turned out so cute!

Great idea, just missing some elements
Our daughter loved seeing herself in the story. However, it would’ve been a lot better if:
- Her name was featured in the title as the main character - ie, “Child’s Name and the Colorverse” instead of “Chroma and the Colorverse”
-Her character was on every page (as opposed to it just being Chroma on several pages)
- The story included a page for blue and a page for orange. It definitely felt like those pages were missing, especially since the book was supposed to be about color theory and the first half of the book went over all the other primary and secondary colors. I kept flipping through the first half of the book, thinking maybe the pages were stuck together and we’d missed blue and orange.
Overall, our daughter enjoyed the book and the binding and printing all came out really nice. With the adjustments above, would’ve been 5 stars. Customer service was also great whenever we had questions.
